I purchased gift certificates in Dec 2015 for my mom to get her car detailed for Christmas. Jeff was super great and even made us certificates up! When she called him to schedule that Spring (note:I did not speak to him at this time), he told her that the business had moved, but he agreed to refund the money ($214). I emailed back and forth him every few weeks in the summer of 2016. He was friendly, agreed to send a check, but none came. I followed up several times, getting no response. The email address I had now returns as invalid. I still submit a request via his website (very few months), and haven't gotten a response. Writing this review so that hopefully I get one! He seemed nice, but this is ridiculous. It's been over a year.

Jeff - Is good and easy to work with, shows you exactly what is needed, he may not get to the phone just drive up to the shop and he will take a quick look, and will let you know. works on German cars also! Not that expensive.
