The worst night ever in a hotel room. The people above my room were having a party until 3:00AM when the admin finally decided to move me to another room that smelled like mildew. Stay away.

This hotel isn't bad I haven't been there yet but I'm going to be today I hope they let me eat breakfast and swim even tho I have a voucher through social services I've been dying to eat a good breakfast and swim I've been homeless for 2 months already and Im happy to go

100% recommend! Clean rooms, cozy beds, nice size pool. Coffee and tea all day long in the lobby! The staff have been very welcoming and accommodating. Also, pet friendly!Rooms: Updated rooms and cozy beds. You can choose a shower or a tub in your room.Nearby activities: Shopping plaza across the street and Chili’s.

This is one of the best managed and cleanest Hilton properties i have been at (1 of 4) in the past 1.5 months of my travels.The rooms are freshly renovated, which isn’t even shown online as of yet & is a surprise when you arrive!Plus, the dining area / restaurant that is available for breakfast has a pleasant & comfy feeling for eating alone or with friends / family.Benny, the front manager, was available when i checked in (fortunately!). He is extremely knowledgeable regarding hotel management & how to manage 3rd party bookings.The agent i booked thru hadn’t sent my reservations through by the time i had arrived. He calmly explained the process because i was annoyed with the company. He took his time, found a number to contact them & called. He talked through the issue (they had forgotten a step to provide the hotel a required booking number) with the clerk on the phone & helped her push my confirmation number thru.This was above & beyond customer service - i should have been the one to talk to the agent since it's my booking. And to also watch Benny help this representative in the Philippines do her own job by walking her thru the steps so that she was able to push the reservation thru was quite impressive. He knew how & helped this woman do her job in another country! And he spoke in Tagalog at points she couldn’t understand English words.Impressive, Benny! You are a world class manager. And what a kind gentleman on the phone. My hero (& the agency rep woman) for a day! Good job, bud.

Stayed here one night when the unexpected snow storm changed our travel plans and it was absurd to pay $300+ for a hotel in Lambertville. Here, it was not only affordable but the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the shower pressure was impressive! I can't comment on noise since I always sleep with earplugs and the hotel wasn't super full when we stayed. The front desk staff were also so warm, helpful and polite. This will be a go to for future stays!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! Room was clean, smelled great and beds were comfy! My husband loved the great shower pressure and the hot breakfast was impressive! Delicious waffles and bacon! The pool was clean and not overwhelmingly chlorinatedGreat location near a Chic-fil-a and 20 minutes from all the activities of New Hope, PA etc

Everything was good but the heating and a/c units had black mold.Rooms: Clean but was afraid to turn heat on due to black mold in vents.

Room was very clean, convenient location to where I was going. My only issue was my digital room key....I had gone out and upon returning to the hotel the "key" would not work on my room's door. Went to the front desk and they said their records indicated I had already checked out. This happened on they day I checked in and had only been there about 5 hours. Not sure what was going on, but the front desk gave me a real card key which worked fine, and no other issues after that. UPDATED 12/2023: Stayed here again and both digital room key and digital checkout were not working.

Fine for a few nights at a Hilton brand hotel. The front desk clerk, Melannie, was extraordinarily helpful. Being in town for a funeral, she went above and beyond for me and my party.

My family pass by this area and booked one night in this hotel. The room is very clean and service is very good. The food choice is decent, better than many other hotels in the same category we stayed. There are many choices of tea bags.Noteworthy details: The gentleman in the breakfast area (manager?) is very nice. He greeted everybody coming in and asked if everything is OK as if we are in a restaurant. My son came down late and didn't get chance to grab enough food before they closed the breakfast room. I asked him for help and he immediately go in and grab a dish with food we want for us.
