“Offers many, many different approaches for physical and mental wellbeing!Has a fantastic range of beneficial activities, machines, and areas (pool) for those who may need more help than others as well as the handicapped!!Everyone Ihave personally had experience with thus far has been extremely helpful and gone above & beyond!!They also provide discounts and ( I think) a sliding fee scale for the fixed income, disabled, and unfortunate which I think is fabulous!!”

It's a large facility with an indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool and an indoor walking path, these are only some of the amenities this place has to offer.”

“Beautiful gym! The owner Honey did such a great job making it feel homey and comfortable. This is the only gym I’ll take a shower at. The little personal touches are great ex: makeup wipes (the good brand, dry shampoo, hair ties for use).
F45 workouts are some of the best! Only gym I’ve seen results at! Def worth a shot”
