This was first time dealing with Fred beans flemington and I cannot express the wonderful experience I had from the first phone call that I made and spoke to Rose till the night she delivered my car to my house in Pennsylvania. She was so helpful and her customer service was outstanding! I had seen the Honda on the website and they had just got the car in , Rose helped me with keeping me informed as to what was going on with the car being inspected , She was Amazing and I would highly recommend her and the dealership! ! Ahmad was also very helpful and listened to me and helped me decide what would work better for me ! I knew from the first phone calll I made to Rose and also walking into the dealership that it was an amazing place to buy a car . Keep up the great work!!

Ok so let’s start this I was in the market for a 2024 tundra found it here also was in the market for a 2024 RAV4 hybrid they had it to so my salesman Sam said do one deal at a time trade my 2023 tundra in I had custom seat covers for my 23 tundra cost me 475.00 didn’t have time to take them out because I had to go to a family event so my sales person at that time was Mike because Sam wasn’t there. I said I would like my seat covers and he said no problem when a detail vehicle they will take them off and put them to the side along behold I come back they threw my covers away refused to refund me the money. They said I got a good deal on my truck so I don’t think that justified throw my seat covers Away. Oh yeah also my sales person Sam never called me back about a RAV4 I supposed to purchase so I purchased it somewhere else. They lost that sale too. Never called to how I like the truck.

Came in and bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL after searching for about 2 weeks. Happy to have dealt with Bill and Ahmad. Honest, personable, and friendly are the three words I’d use to the describe both of them. Not pushy in the slightest and really looked out for me throughout the process as a first time buyer. So happy to have dealt with them and end up in the car I was genuinely looking for. Fred Beans is a great family of dealerships and this Toyota dealership lives up to the Fred Beans standards

I wanted a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. They had one with low miles and in fantastic shape. It was a painless experience. I highly recommend Michael Scholer and the Fred Beans team.

My experience at Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington was exceptional! Greg and Corey made the entire process of purchasing a RAV4 PRIME incredibly quick and easy. From the moment I walked in, their friendliness and professionalism stood out. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took the time to explain all its features. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Corey, on the other hand, was fantastic in handling the financial aspects, finding the best payment options that suited my needs. Both of them were always available to answer any questions and made sure there were no surprises. Their team spirit and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout. I had been to this dealership most recently in the summer of 2018: sent a good-faith offer on a particular used vehicle and was invited to stop by. Came in and was asked to wait for the used car manager. He emerges and pretty much the first thing I hear is how my offer is "insulting" (there was no prior discussion, if you follow). Then, he suggests to look at some junk vehicles he had on the lot (I must say the staff is incompetent and keeps junk on the lot unlike reputable dealers). One star is a fair review for this kind of treatment. Thinking back, I realized pretty much the same thing happened with me there all the way back in 1997, with a different manager. Wish I had recalled that in 2018. Anyway, just avoid the rotten place by all means.

Service department really took at turn for the worse. Long time customer. Caught the service technician lying about inspecting my vehicle during service. Stated that my windshield was fine despite a large crack , parking brake satisfactory despite not working for three months, battery clamps and cables in working order, free from corrosion, all fluids filled. See photos.... Very upsetting after spending over $500 for service. Will be taking my business elsewhere, including my next Toyota purchase. Update: service manager called to apologize for technicians performance and offered a credit for future service. Not sure if I would return, but appreciated the offer. Update: after being quoted over $14 k for various issues.. took my tundra to a reputable local garage... Most of the supposed issues noted by Fred beans were unfounded. Saved a ton of money. I suppose dishonesty is the new policy at fred beans.

We stopped in here to test drive and we were assigned Vera as a sales person. He was very laid back, allowed us to test drive all the cars we were inquiring about, did not ask us about numbers at all and was not pushy as we explained we wanted to find the car first and then work our numbers. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. After many test drives we decided to go with another dealership however our interactions with Vera was great. extremely responsive. Recommend vera and the team here.

I just purchased my first-ever Toyota, but this was my family's 4th purchase from the Fred Beans family of dealerships. Great experience every time! Corey, Sam and Ahmad at Flemington Toyota were warm, professional and provided white-glove service from beginning to end. I never felt rushed, or like just another "sale". They truly treated me like family. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Amazing customer service - everyone goes above and beyond to help you, and their prices are competitive. Other Toyota dealers wanted to charge a premium on the purchase of my truck (MVA), and they did not. Additionally, I was shopping for tires and their prices were better than any other Toyota dealer I could find. I would highly recommend them.
