Good communication and was able to accommodate me on a short notice to mount track tires, which other tire shop are hesitant to do due to the wide and low profile tires on the 911. Would not hesitant to return here again to their service department.

We had an excellent experience with Nancy, who sold us our Porsche Macan. She was the consummate professional as she was informative, transparent and patient with my family. We were able to get the car delivered directly to our house and Nancy ensured the whole process was efficient from start to finish. We also appreciated the Porsche swag that she sent to us, which was just another sign of her attention to detail and exceptional salesmanship. We would definitely come back and buy another car from Nancy!

I booked a service appointment online - no one called me back. Called their service center and left a msg and no response back either. We had to take our car to Porsche dealership in Parsippany. Disappointing

Great experience buying from this location. Troy was so easy to work with, he is an effective salesperson,,pleasant, patient and good communicator (without being pushy)...a total plus. Jack was also helpful, as well as finance contact. Hopefully whenever I need my first service, they will be equally as pleasant and reliable.

From start to finish, my experience in ordering a Porsche from Troy at this location was nothing short of the gold standard that should be the minimum benchmark for all Porsche dealers. From originally ordering my new Carrera 4s in October to the steps leading to its build and delivery, Troy was extremely helpful, constantly available, and truly a pleasure to talk to. Troy not only made me feel like I was dealing with a close friend/family and made stellar recommendations in building the perfect Porsche. Aside from how ecstatic I am to be driving such an amazing piece of art that Troy went out of his way to get Porsche to get me the special heritage interior I desired, I am more so astounded by the welcoming environment and care received from the first day I walked into the dealer, to the delivery day which is a memory my dad and I shall never forget.
Regardless of what car you need, Troy is your guy! Do not hesitate to reach out to him. Not only is he efficient, I am very grateful to have met such a knowledgable and friendly individual I look forward to a growing relationship with. I had the most amazing experience with Porsche Flemington... my journey started when I called in looking for a 24 C2S allocation and the sales manager at that time, Angelo helped secure an allocation at MSRP. The process was very smooth. Then I worked with Walter for the remainder of the process. Walter was amazing, quick to reply, keeping me abreast of every updates regarding my car and was always available for questions I had. The receptionist, Carmen was amazing as well with a host of knowledge. I say this to say that everyone I was in contact with was a very good experience, so it must be the culture. I would definitely recommend Porsche Flemington to anyone that is in the market for a Porsche.

Porsche Flemington translates extremely poor experience and very abusive service pricing. Everyone agrees that Porsche is a luxury brand. Their cars are expensive and highly desirable, and their dealership should reflect their value and provide customers with a premium and luxury experience. However, this is NOT what is happening at Porsche Flemington (Ciocca Group). A tiny Porsche dealership sharing their building with VW and consequently offering the same level of service and expereence for those buying a $27K VW Taos or a $90K Porsche SUV. A very dated, mediocre, and with absolutely no amenities waiting room is what you will get while you wait for several hours for your Porsche to be serviced. A small showroom with 2 or 3 cars all crammed together and with absolutely NO glamour. But the most painful thing is to end up paying $1500 for a regular service (changing oil and spark plugs) without any explanation. For substandard service and poor installations, Porsche Flemington charges a premium price. When I complained about the abusive cost of the service, I was told by the service writer that maybe Porsche is NOT for me. Well, I don't think so. But definitely PORSCHE IS NOT FOR YOU CIOCCA GROUP. You guys are not a representation of the Porsche brand, values, and heritage.
