I always have a pleasant experience here, I’ve done my dry cleaning here for 5 years now. Dorrie always greats me with a big smile and is very courteous and helpful. Would recommend great pricing as well.

Due to a power outage at home I came here to do Laundry. Location was clean and had plenty of available washers, dryers and machines to change bills for coins. I was able to figure out how to use everything on my own with the help of the hand written notes posted all over. Would come back if the needed were to arise again.

The wash is good and better than the washer I have in our Appt. Hence I use it. However, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and needs to understand what customer service means. Rather than standing over me with folded arms barking what I can't do and have to do. How about, pleasantly stating what would make my and her life easier. Maybe she was having a bad day ... Basically I don't care how her day is going, barking at customers isn't the way to go

My review is strictly for the Wash & Fold Service and Dorie. My Dad, who is homebound, uses their services and to my experience these past few months picking up & dropping off his laundry the place is top notch. The price is fair and the quality of the service is great. Dorie is a very knowledgeable, professional and polite person who is a joy to deal with. The place seems very clean and orderly so I would be willing to give it a shot.

Its a clean place to go if you need to wash clothing. However the prices are a little steep and the service is average at best.

The service is unfriendly and expensive to wash clothes here. 10 to 8 for big and 6 for medium to small!!! Too much.

When you’re unable to do laundry at home this is convenient n active. The staff was friendly explaining how things worked there.. You need lots of quarters but there are machines .. could it be dolled up a bit with more comfy chairs to wait in .. I think so . serves a purpose!

My dad comes to this laundry mat almost every week. The owner is very helpful. She is great at keeping up with us. She doe her job well as I think. The only thing I think I would fix is, the hours of operation on both extended cleaning service & the regular cleaning service . Overall, the place is good!

The woman who works here is the single reason I will be recommending to everyone that they stay FAR AWAY!! Every time I have been to this laundromat the woman who works here gives me issues. She’s taken my things out of the washer while I had other loads running still, she’s told me I couldn’t load my sheets in a washer even though the label stated comforters and horse blankets were the only non-allowed items, and she’s just generally rude and lazy. Every time I am here she has ample time to give me attitude and follow me around like I’m up to no good but she can’t find the time to keep the washers from smelling like a combination of wet dog and dumpster juice. This place is terrible which is a shame because it used to be my favorite place to go.
