The staff is very knowledgable. They are always looks give you their best financial advice and answer questions diligently. They focus on building relationships with their clients and value family relationships as well!

I do not recommend this accounting office for tax returns. I have uncovered several problems with my tax returns, most recently the year 2022 where Doug and his team incorrectly calculated the standard deduction vs itemized deduction resulting in me overpaying on my taxes. Additionally, they put my bank account number on someone else’s tax paperwork resulting in me receiving a different persons tax refund for the year 2022. When confronted about this they did amend my tax return to fix the deduction issue, but ultimately sent me a letter stating they can no longer work with me due to a conflict of interest.

Fees kept going up and so did the mistakes. I returned the firm for 4years and I discovered at least a couple major mistakes in the last two years. Not sure why I would pay ever higher fees to still need to carefully review my returns for blatant errors. For 2016 I paid almost $1k and found a missing form and half my charitable deductions missing.

I have entrusted the preparation of my taxes to this fine organization for several years, and have always come away a very satisfied client! I have had both Doug and Tracy prepare my returns and never experienced any problems.
