I had the pleasure to purchase my second Ford Explorer from the Ciocca Automotive. Just as the first time I was treated with respect and there was no pushy sales tactics. A huge thank to my Sales Andrew, Diego in the Business Office, the Chris the manager. I a special shot out to my friend Dylan at the Ciocca Subaru dealership who quarterbacked me getting what I wanted. The Ciocca family dealerships has elevated the car buying process.

I didn't purchase yet the salesman was very knowledgeable about the 2 cars I'm intending to purchase. The mustang truck and the full size bronco. I appreciate his help but my time was limited and I will return.

Today we purchased a Ford from Ciocca. Don Shoemaker, our salesperson, made sure we were informed, acquired a great deal and insured the actual buying process went smoothly. Jordan, our finance manager, was efficient and thorough. I don’t think we have ever had a car purchase go this smoothly. This is our first time at Ciocca and we were very pleased with everything. We recommend highly.

I previously purchased a Ford F-250 at Ditschman Ford, now Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Flemington. I have purchased my second F-250 from Ciocca now in 2024. The sales experience was stress free and pleasant. Ciocca is a family friendly, comfortable place to shop. Starting with the reception, free coffee, free water, awesome A/C, exceptionally clean rest rooms, I felt like I was in a hotel.
I live in Verona. I drive to Flemington, past about 10 Ford dealerships, to shop at Ciocca Ford. I have been in the engineering and construction business for 25 years. I have been to every Ford dealership north of I-195, especially all the Commercial / Truck dealers.
The Sales staff is very patient, kind, and jovial. They are not pushy, nor rude, nor high pressure. They listen to all of the needs of the customer. Kevin C was an exceptional Ford Truck salesman, and his extensive knowledge and feedback about Ford Trucks was a HUGE help getting the correct truck for my commercial business needs.
The Service department is *exceptional*. Jessica R is kind and patient with my urgent requests for service or help with my various Ford Trucks. She has gone out of her way to help me resolve complex issues with older trucks and modern commercial regulations. Manager Mike D should be commended for his exceptional service and help when all other Ford dealers in central / northern NJ were unable or unwilling to touch my complex problem. He bent over backwards, seriously, to fix a complication emissions issue with an old truck.
The Parts department is always helping me out, last minute, to get the parts I need when something breaks. I have sourced parts from Ciocca Ford, that other Ford dealerships told me did NOT exist. And Ciocca has ALWAYS delivered the parts I needed, even ordered heavy / rare parts on a short schedule. Their Parts Department is exceptional.
There IS NO better Ford Truck dealer in northern or central NJ. I do not do business with any other Ford Truck dealers. I have horror stories from a dealer that sold me a Police Truck used, without disclosure. Come shop at Ciocca Ford, and they will treat you with respect and patience. Their staff is THE BEST I have ever found, at ANY car or truck dealership.

I recently purchased a Ford Bronco Sport. My salesman, Fred was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. It was pouring rain the entire day, and despite that, he made the whole process feel relaxed and informative. Negotiations took longer than expected and I ended up staying past closing time. Fred, Diego the financing manager, and the other staff never pressured me or rushed the process.
If you're looking for a new Ford in the Flemington area, Ciocca is definitely worth a visit!

Update- when I purchased my car I was told I had a 10k miles bumper to bumper warranty. Well that was not true, I had an issue with my sunroof. When I brought it in they said oh, that part is not covered. They cannot be trusted!
Andrew made the transaction very easy for me by listening to my need's regarding the transaction. It was a great experience as he had everything ready for me in the morning, I only had to spend 45 minutes at the store to finalize my purchase!
