I went through the pharmacy drive thru and the cashier Alicia or Alison was so very nice to me. She was very encouraging because I just moved to Ringoes. She helped me not only with my prescriptions but, transferring them, recommended the CVS website, told me about the streets how they wind and her personal experience with living there. I appreciate this so much. I don't believe I've ever had GREAT customer service like this before. Thanks so much. It really made my day.

Pharmacy refuses to fill a legal ADHD prescription because the pharmacist believes that they know better then an industry leading doctor with decades of experience. During a national adhd medication shortage.DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUMBAGS YOUR MONEY OR PATRONAGE

This pharmacy and the other CVS pharmacies in Flemington are the absolute worst I've ever experienced. I had an appointment for vaccines, drove 20 minutes and showed up for the appointment on time, only to be told that their system was down all day, and that I'd have to pay over $250.00 for my Flu and Shingles vaccine - Why didn't they call to reschedule?!?!? Tried to get vaccinated as a walk-in at 2 other CVS locations and was turned away because they were only taking appointments! NEVER again CVS!

I went through the drive-thru to retrieve a prescription for a friend. Alyssa was staffing the drive-thru - she was truly exceptional. She’s kind, patient, efficient and empathetic.

How can you give zero stars???They promise.times but they're never ready. U have to call & speak to the pharmacy to ensure UR not wasting a trip, and GUESS WHAT?? They will tell u over the phone " yep,they're all ready" AND THEYRE NOT!! I wish there wasn't a character limit bc I have stories!!

Worst pharmacy humans ever!!!!!! Spoke to the girl who answered the pharmacy. I was in the middle of giving my date of birth when I was abruptly put on hold, music started playing..... okay fine maybe it was by accident. 5 minutes later a women says CVS.. I say Hi, I was just on hold with the pharmacy ... when she slammed the phone down and hung up on me!!!!!!! I called back multiple times and they never answered! Whoever owns this CVS or has hired these "pharmacists" Really needs to look into this specific CVS because they should not be working in a pharmacy or at least with any sort of customer service, especially after reading all of these other reviews! Thankfully I was able to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. DO NOT GO HERE!

Limited pharmacy hours. No pharmacy staff, long waits and condescending staff. Never again will i visit this place. If I could give it a -10 I would.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. They are completely understaffed. The drive thru is as bad as the inside counter. If you need to pick up prescriptions don't make any other plans for the day, pack a lunch and make sure your phone is fully charged or bring a book.

Hire more people! And make sure your automatic checkouts are working. I have walked out several times after none of your machines work or there is no one at the counter to help. And this has been going on for at least two years. This cvs is a gold mine in terms of location but completely inefficient and understaffed. This is why people go to Amazon perhaps ????

Made an appointment a phone appt for 5:30pm 1/31 and the pharmacist never called. When I called, the pharmacist (Amal?) said it’s a new system so to do it again. I made a phone appointment for 6:30pm and they never called me back. The lead pharmacist is unprofessional, clueless and quite frankly should not be working at this location. She did not complete her professional duty and is blaming the CVS system for her cluelessness and irresponsibility. Reported her and this pharmacy. They need to complete a tutorial on how to use their own systems and maybe cvs should hire a new lead pharmacists since she is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle phone appointments. Ridiculous.

Went to CVS Flemington to have a photo book printed for my daughters graduation. John was amazing, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. His superior Karen was also very helpful. I would be prout to have Karen and John on my team
