Took my 3 month brand new car here cause the dealership said if any damages it’s the best place to take the car for repairs. They took weeks to fix the car and then put damaged parts back on it after charging the insurance for new parts and messed up the hood of the car and tried to say they didn’t but the car was 3 months old and never had any work until I took it to them. Then when I took it back to show them something was wrong with the hood the gentleman came out and said “well now you’re just looking for stuff the car is never gonna be perfect”.

Excellent service all around. From the moment I walked in the door without an appointment, was greeted by a Bonnie at the front desk. I requested an estimate and within a couple of minutes, was greeted by Chris Cassavant the store manager who helped me with inspecting damage to my vehicle’s bumper. Chris was thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done and set a reasonable expectation as to how long it would take to repair damage. I chose CARSTAR over another company and made the appointment to drop the car off. I was greeted by Tracy at drop off—another friendly individual there! What I thought might be a two days stint actually ended up being 3/4 of one day! My vehicle looks good as new! Thanks to Chris, Bonnie and Tracy for their friendly approach with customers and of course, their utmost professionalism. I am very satisfied indeed and highly recommend CARSTAR!
