The stench in this place gave me a headache after 3 minutes. I will never step foot in there again.

First time shopper at Burlington and got a poor first impression. Nice selection but immediately when walking in I noticed a terrible mildew smell throughout the whole store. It was so bad even the products I bought smelled like it after returning home. If the store continues to smell like this I will not be returning. ?

The selection was great . Store was clean . But the gentleman at the check out counter with blond hair and a green jacket on. Acted like we were no existent. The lady before me had her purchases basically thrown in her bag with no care . When I got to register. He did not say hi or anything. When I asked if my items could be put in a bag he put the bag on the counter and looked away. The savings was ok . But not worth going back . We all have bad days but acnologment of the people paying your salary would be nice . Just a simple hello.

The staff here gets 5 stars, corporate gets less than 2. I drove 25 mins to here and I cannot even try on the clothes because they’ve closed off the dressing rooms. They said it was because under staffed and no one can watch the dressing rooms because people are stealing things…okay, I get it, but seriously? I had to buy twice as many clothes and have no idea if they’ll fit until I drive all the way home and then I’ll have to come all the way back.Very disappointed at how this is going. I do not feel valued.
