Got new tires installed, and it was done in an hour and a half. Tires were decently priced. I would recommend.

This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve seen in the past 10 yearsMade appointment to have tires put on a week in advance for 9:30am November 17th.Arrived early and found only 1 guy working. Advised he was finish another car. No problem. The car was not taken in until 10:15am. Job was not finished until 12:45 to put 4 tires on. Completely incompetent and unacceptable. 2.5 hours to replace 4 tires.Another lady arrived to just purchase tires cash and had to stand for 1 hour before even being attended tooAnother lady with an 11:00 o’clock appointment not taken in upon us leaving.I will be canceling my BJ’s permanently and will never give this company another penny as long as I’m alive.

Absolutely absurd experience! Our membership had expired, which I had every intention of renewing... But didn't have the cash to do so today... and we needed an 18-pack of Pure Leaf tea... So, I went in and explained it to one of the associates up front, who seemed like he would be happy to help, and make a one-time courtesy exception for me... He asked a brunette, female associate to help him, and she said she would help me out, but she had another customer to attend to... And she asked me to give her a moment... Then, another female associate came up, and started asking me a million questions... And she said that no one would be able to help me, and ultimately, I would have to pay 20% more. I even told her that wasn't very consistent with what was previously told to me by the other 2 associates. Nothing. No apology. So I paid the $3.40 more for the 18-pack of Pure Leaf tea, as a surcharge for not being a member... And now, I am NOT going to renew my membership. I'll take my business over to Costco. I've spent thousands of dollars at BJ's over the years, and they want to bang me out for $3.40 more? Ok. You don't need me, I sure as hell don't need you... Not the least bit recommended to anyone. Horrible!

I have to share what an amazing person/manager Shawn was at the voorhees BJs on route 73. He was so kind, so understanding he truly helped me in that moment with such grace and I couldn't be more thankful. The situation I was in late that evening with the confusion on orders and times. But Shawn came to the rescue and i just went to give him such a huge shout out! To the rude guy at the front who screamed at me for no reason as I explained myself to the lady standing there as I walked in trying to make long story short and he was the meanest that I legit was held back tears and didn't respond because he's my elder. I hope you treat people with kindness whoever you were this late Sunday evening! Thank you shawn!!!

I had the best experience getting tires through the Flemington BJ’s tire center.Dealing with Alex, start to finish, was wonderful. Patient, informative, and professional!! Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. I was having difficulty with the self checkout as three Bjs employees stood within 10 feet of me and offered no help. I asked for assistance as the self checkout kiosk failed to recognize certain products. One of the female employees stated that she could not help because I was in the self checkout area. I was shocked as to her response. No wonder Costco just down the road is packed and this store is consistently empty.
