Great experience! I visited BofA in Flemington NJ and Dimitry greeted me immediately and was able to professionally and efficiently complete my unusual transaction. I was treated with every courtesy of a regular BofA customer even though I am not one, yet. They were extremely busy at the time and I did not feel rushed.

I have banked with Bank of America for over 10 years now both as a consumer and as a business customer and I've seen they're dramatic decline as a company but recently they've just crossed the final line.I have had numerous dealings with BoA's customer service and I've been consistently disappointed. Whether I'm using online chat, speaking to someone on the telephone, or visiting a local branch, the service seems to be marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of knowledge. It seems impossible to find a representative who can answer my queries on the first try, instead, I'm shuffled from one person to the next, each one as clueless as the last about mortgage rates, credit card fees, or even the simplest account transactions. They leave you on hold for hours and transfer you from agent to agent only to close the call on you and make you start all over.Also - It's 2023, and yet BoA's online platform and mobile app feel like relics from a bygone era. Frequent glitches, unexpected downtime, slow loading times, and an unintuitive interface, all combine to make what should be a simple task, such as transferring funds or depositing checks, a frustrating experience. The repeated need for password resets due to "security reasons" is an added irritant, making internet banking more trouble than it's worth.Speaking of security, while I appreciate the need for security, the bank seems to block legitimate transactions far more often than it catches actual fraudulent activity. These false positives are not only inconvenient but also mean I'm constantly having to contact their customer service to resolve issues, which, given my earlier points, is a significant problem.One of the most frustrating things too is that they make it impossible to close an account even if it's getting charged charges that are unauthorized.Finally, the fees. The fees are so terrible and predatory. Checking account fees, overdraft fees, ATM fees, and the list goes on. And the interest rates on savings accounts? Pitiful. It's as if BoA is more interested in making money off their customers than providing a service that justifies these costs.Honestly all the issues I've faced with Bank of America have led me to re-evaluate my banking needs. I've had to navigate unhelpful customer service, a problematic online platform, insufficient security measures, and excessive fees. My advice to potential customers is to take all this into consideration before opening an account with BofA. I'll be taking my business to a bank that values the customers over profit.

Their night drop box is awful. You have to repeatedly open and close it to assure your checks and cash won't be stolen. Tonight I could have easily walked away with the previous persons bag of money becuase when I deposited my night drop it became stuck and pulled theirs out of the inside. Also why is there blood all over the place? Disgusting lack of oversight here.

The women named Isita was a very rude person did not help me at all when I called and she cut me off in the middle of me speaking and put me on hold for how ever long then just hung up the phone , this person should not be answering phones very unprofessional and lack of respect to the customers
