I was recently in Flemington visiting my elderly mother, and I wanted to get her brakes checked before leaving town, as something didn't seem right. I went on YELP and saw 5 star reviews for Auto Oasis, so I called and was connected with George, the owner. I can't say enough great things about this man. He checked my mom's car over immediately, and gave me the good news that her brakes are fine, just an older car. As I was sitting in the waiting room, another regular customer came in and asked how long I've been coming to George for car repairs. I told him the story about checking YELP reviews since I didn't live in Flemington any longer, and I was in search of an honest mechanic in the area. He said he's been coming to George for years for car repairs, trusting him with he and his wife's Mercedes every time. I highly recommend George at Auto Oasis if you need any repairs to your car! He's awesome!

George is a great mechanic and a good, honest man. I went to him a few months ago when my check engine light turned on and 2 codes for my transmission came up which was nerve-wracking and financially concerning for me. 70% of the other mechanics I called for quotes weren't comfortable working on a Subaru transmission and the other 30% were trying to rip me off. When I dropped my car off at George's shop, he said that the codes were no longer there (only showing up in the history) and that he drove the car around and checked everything just to be sure the car was safe and functioning well, but since he didn't find anything wrong with the car, he didn't charge me the diagnosis fee. He did recommend that I get new tires (it was about that time lol) and the price he charged me for quality tires and the installation were way more than fair. Fast forward to now, my car is still functioning perfectly. He told me back then that sometimes when it rains hard (which it was the night my light went on), sometimes wires getting wet can trigger the check engine light turning on and those codes coming up. I appreciated George's kindness and honesty, and I'm not sure that other mechanics would've treated me with the same respect and honesty. He's also very friendly and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend him if you're in the area and in need of a mechanic.

Driving out of town and my car starting doing some weird stuff and my check engine light was on. We stopped here, and auto oasis helped me with everything, and gave me tips for future care with my cars problem. He ended up fixing up my car good enough to go in under an hour

George is truly one of a kind these days! He is honest, reliable, and trustworthy. For the past 12 years, anytime me or my family had car troubles we always go to George. He accurately diagnoses issues every time and is always on point! What I value the most is he fixes what needs fixing but also looks over the car and makes sure everything else is okay. Few times he’s spotted things that if gone unnoticed would have caused huge problems down the road. He makes sure the car is running great and is SAFE to drive. George is the type of guy that will for example replace a wheel bearing if it’s bad but let you know the others still have life left in them saving you money. He’s considerate with all his customers not to mention his prices are extremely reasonable, fair, and more affordable then almost all other places. Let’s just say I’ve made the tragic mistake of taking my car to other places in Flemington and been ripped off or ended up with more problems. Having had those experiences, I don’t trust my car being touched by anyone else except George!With George you are in good hands and I highly recommend him to everyone!
