I joined almost 4 years ago, and have never looked back! Excellent gym with great coaches. Friendly, unjudgmental environment.

The ASDC community is great and a huge help with accountability during our fitness journey! People of all CrossFit or exercise abilities have a place here - coaching staff is great at scaling or finding alt movements to accommodate everyone while still encouraging hard work and growth. I’m new to CrossFit and just joined ASDC a few moths ago. The coaches are terrific and have really helped me come up to speed. Highly recommended!
