I have been shopping at Ann Taylor factory for years. The staff is amazing, they are very helpful and always cheerful. I love the new location at the shoppes of Flemington.The selection and sales are great. Its nice to still be able to go in and try on and feel the fabrics before you buy. I wish the store and associates lots of success in the new location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Is this store closed? All the businesses around it are closed and the buildings are dilapidated with broken windows.

I needed to do a return here, and will go elsewhere in the future. Most of this outlet mall is closed, and I don't think it was unreasonable for me to ask if this store was also closing. The clerk told me she was sick of people asking and having to explain over and over every day. OK - I can imagine that would become difficult. However, it is not an unreasonable question, and the store could get ahead of this uncomfortable situation by posting a sign or something. Mind you the store is full and had a ton of very beautiful clothing. I just didn't have time to shop that day. I would have returned there to shop, but now will not. First, since there is no information available, I don't know if the place will be open when I'm ready. Second, I can drive a few minutes further distance and go to a factory location with a more pleasant staff. I think AT could find a better way of dealing with this obviously tense situation. They certainly don't need an obnoxious associate chasing away business.
