Heard great things about this place, but staff was super snotty and rude. First we were asked if we had an appointment, then told not to touch anything. We were ignored by another staff person who wouldn't make eye contact. Definitely will not go here again or recommend.

I came in at 5:02, after they closed. Just needing a fitting, employee stopped me in the parking lot to ask what I needed. He then told me to come in so he can help me out, once again, after they closed. Super nice people and good prices

We worked with Michelle @ Aaron’s on two bathrooms. Any remodeling within your home is never easy, but to say that she made the process painless and simple, is an understatement. Michelle is personable, knowledgeable and responsive. Anytime we had any questions, or concerns, she always responded in a timely manner and was also able to help us make decisions regarding our design.If you’re remodeling the kitchen or bathroom in your home, definitely contact Michelle.

Staff is not informed of their products. We wasted a lot of money due to their lack of expertise. Purchased a large bathroom remodel! After found out the ladies that helped us , don’t know about construction and layouts. Would not take back item. Never again !! We purposely went to a local vendor instead of a box store.

Always an easy shopping experience at Aaron's. Today I needed a cartridge for my shower. They did not have in stock, but the staff member took the time to research and identify the part and told me where I could purchase online. Excellent customer service as always, but really appreciated them going above and beyond today!!
