My experience was that Customer Service was horrible-dropped car off for 2 pm appointment to check air-when guy took key(he was just standing in lot)I told him it was to check air-hours later when my husband called,they hadn’t even looked at car since they didn’t know what it was in for-place closed at 6 and nobody called me about car.The next day I kept getting voice mails-no live person and couldn’t leave message -hit option 5 for repairs and phone would disconnect before I could leave message-when my husband finally reached them,they basically said the car needed a lot of work and they’d write estimate up and to pick up car at 2-they had nothing written up and told me they didn’t have time-so I was without car for 2 days and they had no time in 2 days to write estimate-have never experienced this level of awful customer service -so upsetService: Air conditioning

Got in a car accident in November, front door and fender needs to be replaced and painted.When receiving the car at first glance everything was fine, rats made a nest in the glove box random interior parts were taken apart for no clear reason, trim pieces broken off glued together very poorly, awful welds, loud wind noise when driving.Overall stay away from this place would not recommend to anybody.Services: Painting

Tried to open my car door locked and didn't respond to the FOB, I needed the key inside the FOB to get in. A year old car, the battery was completely dead. A&B came faster than expected, a person with good demeanor jumped started it, done quickly.

This crazy long, outstanding review, is about the towing part of this business. I am SO impressed! I ended up with A&B, and specifically BRAD, after another towing company tried to pick up and told me they didn't have the right equipment. This experience has completely changed my perspective on how easy the process can be with the right people. A+++ Amazing!
