Unfortunately my washer and dryer are both broken, so now I need to find a Laundromat.
This Flanders Laundromat is very clean. In addition, so are the washers and dryers.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to go back next week.

Everyone here is complaining about the dryer policy. Do you guys not realize how nasty it is to allow people to dry clothes without it being washed on site. I want only properly cleaned clothes to go into a dryer or it messes everything up. I don't want the dryers to be flavored with Body Odor or go knows what kind of toxic substances

This place won't let you just use the dryer. My dryer broke at home and I had to rewash my clothes. If I hadn't driven 20 minutes to get there, I would've said forget it. The woman working there was very rude about it. Had to add an extra hour to my day of errands to rewash. I won't go here again, I'd rather drive to Hackettstown where they do let you dry only.

We just moved to the area and out of all of the laundromats I have been to I have never heard of them not allowing pet beds. It wasn’t even the entire bed, all of the foam was removed. Isn’t that part of owning a laundromat? You’re supposed to have commercial washing machines? As soon as I walked in the guy yelled “I’m going to stop you right there.” Very rude.

The lady who works the front was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. The owner refuses to put a sign on a machine that is not working correctly. Not to mention they are over priced and dirty. Please do yourself a favor and find a different laundromat to use. They don't deserve your business.

The guy who works there is very rude.He insults the customers.He also screams to the Spanish people.I’m never going back there any more.It’s not a good place for spend 3 hours there and see how he insults and scream the customers.

This place is spotless and well run... Several years back it was terrible but the new owner really turned things around. It's like night and day now. In my opinion, the wash and fold is a real bargain, so sometimes I can afford to treat myself. There is always someone friendly to provide assistance if needed, and their customer service is second to none. I don't often see that these days. The owner now (Tony) is a real hands on guy who is almost always there, and he really seems to care about his clientele. I never have time to write reviews but the standard of excellence at this facility really puts them in a league of their own, so I'm taking a few minutes to let others know. Oh, and if you think doing laundry at a laundromat is boring, you can pretty much bet it's because you've never hung out at one with Tony!

When I went to look up Flander’s Laundromat’s phone number for a friend that just moved to town, I noticed a couple of angry patron’s negative reviews regarding customers using only the dryer in this establishment. I wanted to share my point of view because I don't want the owner to change his current policy. I am one of the many regular customers at this laundromat and I actually complained to the owner long ago about not having an empty drier to dry the clothes I just washed. This was because people were coming in to just dry large items that they brought from home – wet! YUK! I was not alone in voicing my complaint, because there were several others that I witnessed talking to the owner about this also. I was happy to see that they swiftly put a policy in place so that this time consuming problem never happened to me again. I encourage the angry reviewers to ask themselves how they would feel if they did all of their laundry there every week, and had to wait quite awhile for people taking up the dryers - people that only come in with their wet blankets once in awhile. In my experience all laundromats have similar policies because obviously this is a universal problem. I often wonder why angry reviewers don’t take a minute to recognize that business owners have to do what is fair for MOST all of their regular loyal customers, and not just the few just passing through. Finally, I challenge customers to find a more reliable and cleaner Laundromat. In my opinion there is no way that this can be assured if people are permitted to bring their wet laundry from home --- or from wherever!

I’ve been doing laundry here for about 7 months. The woman who works there all the time is so sweet and helpful. The place is kept clean. Both of those reasons are why the place gets 2 stars. The reason why no 5 stars is because one day I came in early and a man was working (apparently he is the owner). I had put a small linen bath rug in the washer with my clothes and he stormed over and literally yelled at me about how I needed to use the “industrial” washers for rugs. For a bath mat? Ok fine, but to yell at me and insult my intelligence over a BATH MAT? I was a PAYING customer and clearly he has ZERO experience in customer service. He also needs to learn how to talk to his lone employee with respect because he talks down to her too. I saw it too many times. Will never go back. I now drive to Roxbury to wash clothes.

Clean facility with a good amount of machines, including industrial sized for larger items/loads. Owner and working staff are super friendly and very helpful. They also offer wash and fold service where you can drop of your clothes and have them washed, dried, and folded nicely for you! Best laundromat in the area.

Best place for laundry in the area. I can’t believe how clean it is. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great amount of machines and they offer wash and fold for when I’m too busy to do it myself. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Worst place in the world stay clear never ever go there rude people dirty facility. I went there to dry my clothes because my dryer broke at home where they informed me I have to pay for the wash no problem I said I’ll pay for the wash. She said no you have to wash the clothes I’m like my clothes are washed I just want to dry them she goes no bosses rule wouldn’t budge even when I said I would pay double ….worst people ever!!!! Bad bad biz for local community.
