The store itself is good. The checkout area is a complete mess…. To the point that I don’t go here if I can help it. 1 or 2 actual cashiers, they have a lot of self check outs but less than half give change. On top of that, they must have done something with the software on them. I used to buzz through without an issue. Now the machines freeze or they stop and call an employee over because it thinks I didn’t scan items. Can we get actual cashiers back or at least give me a discount for doing the job for you?
We went from getting 5 cents off per reusable bag to customers running a register while bagging their own groceries without a discount.

Today around 1PM on 6/22/24 Brittney helped me out at the self checkout. She went out of her way to hold my spot at the register while I went to grab ice that I forgot. When I came back she was putting things in my cart for me. The world needs more kind people like Brittney!!! I hope she is generously rewarded =]

It's ok. The Shoprite in Chester has a better selection with better hours, and they are only minutes away. Even the Weis has better hours.

I am highly disappointed in the ShopRite at Flanders. I ordered 2 sandwich platters for a family party. When I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, I was told no one looks at the online orders so the sandwiches were never made and the bread was still frozen. I had to go to a local deli and beg them to make the platters as I had family coming over within 30 minutes. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.

This ShopRite is a nice store. The grocery manager Joe is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find a couple items I was looking for. The self checkouts are nice. Overall great store and amazing staff! Thank you again Joe :) you rock!

Great store though I shudder when I look at the food prices there and elsewhere. Usually take a TUM before I shop. Ha

I had just moved to town and this was my first time in a ShopRite, I was very confused about where everything was but Carlos went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. He even took the time to explain the item to me! Self Checkout was great and everything I need was in stock and had many different choices. I will definitely be returning !

Great store, even better manager, Tony. He's very helpful, very courteous, and appears to know the store inside and out. I've yet to ask him a question that he wasn't able to answer. Keep up the great work Tony! John
