Very low quality apartment community, I've lived there for about 4 months and have had almost universally negative experiences, the apartments are old and poorly sealed so you'll smell everything your neighbors smoke, and if you try to put in a maintenance request you will literally never hear back unless you call the office daily until someone comes out. The provided explanation of being "short staffed" month after month doesn't explain why they can't communicate anything to you. I have not yet had a maintenance request that was resolved in fewer than 4 weeks and required fewer than daily calls to the office for a week. The office employees are nice but promising help day after day is only worth so much when it doesn't happen. If you are looking for an apartment do not rent here there is legitimately nothing to recommend this place.

NO STARS FOR THEM!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I lived here for 4 months, broke my lease! Went to court, paid a lawyer, case was settled, not to my liking, just glad it is behind me!! Horrific experience!! Absolute ghetto!! Black mold in several places. They porcelain paint the tubs, tiles & sinks right over mold & mildew, hence, why they tell you you cannot use any cleaning products with scrubbing material. I had black mold all around the window & wall surrounding window, they just kept painting & spackling over it. The spackle kept crumbling off. I had to pay pet a security of $200.00 & $50.00 a month to have a cat. My cat, of course, wanted to be on the window sill, sitting on mold. Screens didnt even fit the windows properly, how they fixed them, screwed them right into the window sill. Filthy windows could not be cleaned on the outside, because the screens were rigged & screwed in permantly. Could not use the main bathroom for 2 weeks, pipes leaking alot of water. Maintenance cut a huge hole in ceiling, taped plastic that kept coming unattached. Caulking & tiles around toilets were caked with urine, smell of urine very strong. The tenants upstairs had 2 dogs, 3 kids & 3 adults living there. No respect or consideration for us below. Kids & dogs running & jumping above our heads constantly! Dogs peeing & pooping on deck which was located above the main entrance to the building, urine & dog poop dripping down! The stench of urine at the main entrance was overwhelming. Dog poop all over the outside yard. Shared garage with tenant upstairs, they left the garage door open constantly, the door to the garage as well, putting our stuff at risk of being stolen. Main door to building ALWAYS left open, anyone could just come on in. Total security breach. In the winter, the freezing cold came in through the open door, making the building freezing cold, making the heat run constant & then being billed astronomical gas bills. The rent does not include all of the other fees the charge every month, water, gas, garbage, pet & other additional fees as well. There is garbage pick up everyday, you leave your garbage at the front entrance & they pick it up in the evening. Front entrance piled with garbage, tenants just throwing open bags outside. Tenant upstairs would just throw their garbage off their deck, causing the bag to break open. If you have company coming it is so emabarrassing!! Looks & smells disgusting!! Always remnants left behind. Not enough parking & parking spaces too small. I emailed management 27 times, all I got was lip service. Maintenance manager is arrogant & condescending!! They did fix SOME maintenance issues. Most were unfixable. Every time we turned around it was something!! Door lock broke, garage door broke, laundry room door lock broke! Always something you had to wait for maintenance to come for, making your plans for the day either cancelled or delayed. AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

My AC unit was shorting out. I placed a service request and later that day maintenance came out and replaced all the wiring. Even though it’s fall I have AC working again. The maintenance guy was very thorough and professional.

If I could rate this place zero I would. The management team has zero clue what’s going on. When you do finally get somebody on the phone they tell you “they should be out today” when you put in tickets that have been open for weeks. I’ve given them my name and number for a supervisor to call back and they never did. Yes the people are “nice” but extremely useless. They took my dryer due to it triggering the fire alarm being set off and it was still full of my items! They never called me about it to let me know. Worst than horrific communication skills. Took 1.5 months for them to replace my broken washer, which I pay extra to even have in the first place (what am I paying for?). My friend who also lives here has been weeks without a shower due to an issue. 0/10 do not recommend.

It’s wonderful to meet persons with a beautiful heart and who is willing to help you no matter the circumstances.

Nice place live but they raise the rent too much each new lease. Hidden fees each month makes no sense. It's unfortunate that I soon won't be able to afford to live here

Horrible. Took over 3 months for building management to even come look at a leak in my bathroom that I kept on reporting. If it wasn’t for the new coordinator in the office, I would probably still be waiting. Ceiling was removed and thankfully the painters came and replaced the whole ceiling and painted. The ceiling was removed for 2 weeks prior to the painter. Been also the tile in the bathroom has been peeling. Half of the bathroom was glazed, the other half just left as is. The glazed used to repaint is different that the other half, so now the tile is 2 different colors, not to mention that the other side that was not refinished, is still peeling. While the painter was here doing the ceiling, he touched it up with spray paint, which looks better, but needs to be done the correct way. Also when they did the tub glazing, they vented out the window and destroyed the screen for the bathroom window along with getting the window covered in glaze. Put ticket in about window and screen. Nothing done about the window. Ticket was closed and memo said screen was replaced. That is BS. The screen is still the same. The blind in the bathroom is rusty from the leak, and the front cover is gone, they threw it out when they removed the ceiling. Was told they would replace but they never did.

Ive been here for a few years now and i am still enjoying my apartment. Very well maintained, safe at any hours, and mostly all the people Ive met are friendly. Love my neighbors and I especially love all the crew that either works in the office or in the field?

Do yourself a favor and believe the negative reviews you’ve read—every single one is spot on. This apartment complex is a disaster from top to bottom.
First off, the buildings are ancient and desperately in need of a complete overhaul. Even the so-called "renovated" units are nothing more than a fresh coat of paint and new flooring. The fundamental issues remain: thin walls, creaky floors, and drafty windows. The kitchens are laughably small, with almost no counter space to speak of.
But the real nightmare here is the management. They are rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Expect your emails to vanish into a black hole because they are always "too busy" to handle tenant concerns. Their incompetence knows no bounds; they have repeatedly entered my apartment without permission and act like it’s no big deal, but will promptly send an email threatening fines and fee changes.
On top of everything else, the apartment complex seems to be determined to squeeze every last penny out of you. They charge an absurd number of fees and I'm convinced that their "formula" for utilities is a blatant overcharge. It feels like an ongoing scheme to fleece tenants.
The infrastructure is also in shambles. During my brief time here, the water was shut off three times due to burst pipes affecting multiple buildings. There are also countless bugs and spider webs everywhere. Every time you step out of your apartment, you’re bound to walk into a spider web. It's clear that maintenance and repair are not priorities for this complex. Maintenance seems non-existent;
If you value your sanity and your quality of life, steer clear of this place. It’s a money pit and a headache you don’t need. Glad I don't live here anymore.
