“Drew and Brad helped me solve an issue and could not have been more helpful and kind. They checked in on me while I was on the phone with customer support and helped me configure a hotspot for hours (hotspot from Amazon). Got ATTs data plan to work with the hotspot and I'm hoping the service with AT&t is great because it's definitely where I would buy my next phone. Thank you guys!!!!! ☺️”
“Came into the store and said to the gentleman (Juan) at the store that I was looking to buy a phone, and I wasn't interested in a trade-in. Came out of there with absolutely everything (phone, Buds, watch and fast charger) Paid about $1000+ but worth it because they had a promo going for the Samsung watch 6 and a sale for that Buds. Can't thank the manager John, Juan and Ange enough you've made me very happy. Past managers weren't it, but the people in the store now are fantastic ?”

“Yesterday was the first time in probably 20 years I didn't leave Verizon annoyed lol. I had the BEST customer service experience thanks to Cesar! I told him exactly what I wanted and he got to work to figure out what would be the best phone & plan for my family. He was honest & helpful which made me want to buy the product even more as he wasn't trying to force me to purchase unnecessary items or trick me into something. He stuck to the topic and showed such a high level of professionalism. I left that day with a new phone and an added line all thanks to Cesar! I wasn't sure at first how it would go but he is the only reason that we were quick to jump and complete our purchase! Verizon is lucky to have Cesar!”
