“Leigh Anne was so helpful in helping us find light bulbs. She even laid on the floor to look at the lowest aisle for lights.
We have had bad experiences in the past with Lowes workers not wanting to help especially in bathroom cabinet section and customer service not wanting too look anything up. It was so nice to see someone cared.”
“Couldn't get what I needed at the other place so I drove the extra 20 minutes to get to Lowe's. They had the parts I needed to fix my sink. They usually have what I need and I don't have to wait weeks for it to come in. Just wish it was a little closer to both houses.”

Very patient explaining electric fencing, Asking around to make sure I got accurate information on certain breeds of chicks et cetera. And the staff in this particular store exhibited concern when I felt that the chicks were rushed to market this past year. It doesn't feel like a box store when the staff genuinely cares about us as people.”
