“I came here and purchased a turbo gasket and clamp cause I had a exhaust leak, I thought I could install it myself parked on street but 4" flex wasnt lining up, so I called into shop asking them to do it, while on phone I could here service manager asking mechanic if they could do it, heard mechanic in background say "you mean that jackass parked out front wants us to do it now" then service manager said bring it in we do it. 180.00 + and 2.5 hours later we were back rolling, I pulled into greencastle Pa 3 hours later with a worst exhaust leak than before I had Hoover Truck & Bus touch my truck. Of course Hoover said have TA fix it, Hell no, Its bad enough Hoover Truck and Bus was incompetent to repair this issue than to have TA really mess it up,( your lucky if TA can change out pm filters correctly.) I was under a Medical Emergency load running team and an exhaust leak,. Thankyou Hoover Truck & Bus for your unprofessional inexperienced mechanics for not fixing my truck and putting our health in jeopardy. P.S.We were late on our load because I had to backtrack to Harrisburg freightliner and have professional mechanics repair what Hoover Truck & Bus could not handle.”
“I always have such a positive experience here, everyone is honest, especially “JAY” is the best, knowledgeable. It's rare to find a good auto shop, especially as a woman, and I'm so grateful i found this place. Every time i bring my car in, it's ready for me for in a quick and timely manner. “Would give more stars to Pasquale in service if I could. Changed my oil, rotated my tires, and fixed 2 recalls on my Bronco in one day. Last time I had a recall the performance ford in Randolph took 40 days. He was so nice, and helpful and made sure everything being done to my car would be covered by ford. Super honest. Took me from never wanting a ford again after working with Randolph to considering a Ford again when my lease is up.”

“I had an amazing experience since the beginning when I scheduled a test drive, I received a text from Jessica who was very helpful with my initial questions. The day of my appointment, I went with my wife and our little doggy and we were greeted with a smile from everybody; our salesman Ramon Guadalupe was incredible, extreme friendly and no pressure approach, we test drove two vehicles and they had one that was everything we were looking for. Negotiation was smooth and easy-going, with no hidden fees or warranties during the paperwork, and in about an hour, I was driving my new BMW i4 M50. Also, I want to mention that Juan and Ivan from the service department were very attentive and friendly during a visit for a safety recall I did recently. Once again, thanks BMW of Roxbury and especially Ramon for putting a smile on my face every morning while driving my car.”

“Came here because of my car's battery. I was under the impression the dealer had installed a new one when I bought it secondhand in 2020, so I'd drive by your store saying, "Oh, yeah, I should probably get one soon," and promptly forget. This evening, my car wouldn't start in my garage. Pushed it out and got it jumped so I could finally take care of that task I'd been putting off. Cooper was behind the counter and promptly got me a new Duralast Gold with way more cold-cranking amps I'll ever need. I sheepishly asked if he could install it, as I don't have tools and, let's face it, the mechanical acuity to do this quickly. Even though it was steadily raining, Cooper cheerfully walked out to my ride, took out the old battery (manufactured in 2018, so it was a good six-year run) and threw in the new one with cheerful aplomb and expertise. Problem solved! Thanks, Cooper, for going above and beyond. Not all heroes wear capes.”

“I've come to this location a few times over the years for new batteries and other issues for various cars. I never had any issues and the staff always seems very helpful. Yesterday I took my 2015 Scion FRS Limited Series to get a new battery, considering it was an older walmart battery I received when buying the car and I had it sitting in storage for over 3 months. ANTHONY R. was very helpful and informative. He helped me pick out the right battery and exhausted himself in search since inventory showed the one I wanted was 1 in stock. Unfortunately he couldn't find it, but it was the difference of 1 year warranty so I could care less and went for the gold versus the platinum; no difference to me. I also picked up new windshield wipers. He came and happily installed not just the battery but the wiper blades for me. He even realized the bracket that holds the battery down was stripped and worn and asked if I wanted him to remove it? I agreed because it was loose and vibrating and the last thing I need was it to come loose and fall into my fanbelt or motor while driving. The whole time we had a great conversation about cars and I yacked his ear off about the process I went through to get the car. Anthony was very professional & personable and it was a great and easy experience. I will continue to do business with Advanced Auto

“Did a great job replacing the rear fender of my white truck that was backed into. John and Ed were very easy and accommodating to work with. Body lines and panel gaps looked great. Paint work is great but it is very slightly whiter than original (I am admittedly picky). John said give the new paint some time to weather like the rest of the truck otherwise he did offer that it can be blended into the other factory finished panels which I'm not sure I'd want to do at this point so I'll give some time as recommended. All in all very professional shop. ?**Follow Up**So after some time the paint still looked a bit off to me. Owner Mike explained the task of trying to match paints, especially white, with all the alternates using the same paint codes along with paint age. They brought the truck back in no questions asked and agreed to respray it. John did a fantastic job with the match and workmanship. I would highly recommend this shop for workmanship and customer aftercare. Big thanks to John, Ed & Mike”

“I can't say enough great things about this shop. I took my 2019 Honda Insight in for an estimate to repair a crunched driver's front door. Not only was it highly competitive, but they were able to accommodate scheduling me in an acceptable timeframe and their time estimate to complete the repair was exceptional. They even called to ask if I wanted to bring it in earlier, as they'd had a cancellation. The result was perfect... just like new. I highly recommend this shop.”
