Pay attention to your bill. I was sitting down with some other guests and I ordered THE EXACT FISH DINNER THEY HAD TO GO along with the spaghetti special. The day waitress must get paid by commission. I paid for my food but wondered why $16+6.99 totalled $31. I paid it plus a fat tip. I opened the carton and all I had was one piece of fish and about 5 french fries and the other had a cup of spaghetti and sauce. She told me my $16 piece of fish didn't qualify as an entree so I had to pay full price for the spaghetti too. Lol I usually go to the ta in wheeling, but trust me, I will never patronize any TA/Petro again because that waitress decided to be slick. I did enjoy my fish with the potato garnish though. Hope the waitress and cook enjoyed that $10 they split. I know times are hard, but...

$25 / parking, still almost no parking. Early morning cdl School blasting the horn non-stop in the middle of parking lot. Takes a small hike to get from the lot to the building. Fast food slow, takes an hour to get food.

Border town petro ; poor food selection , food is blan, you don’t give enough fries with burgers you charge 4 bucks for a drink. The waitress or waiter he or she looked like a slob smelled , was handing my food , your salads covered in rust not fresh, bring back the buffet’s Covid is over give a better selection for us drivers , you say your here for all the drivers prove it cause I ain’t seen any proof of that , you can’t go in truck stop spend less that 100 buck pay to park 23 bucks restaurant 25 bucks , snacks drinks another 30 or so bucks , y’all think we make good money, who’s ever running the show is smoking something, showers all ways have mold in them use real bleach to clean, fix the parking lots , you charge us to park fix the lots. Instead of pocketing the money like our government does ta petro went way down

Had pm service done they used wrong filters and took 5 hrs to get air out of lines so truck would run. Checked oil and it is overfilled. Doest look like they greased truck. Won't be back

You should have your service writer Learn how to talk to people.
So I waited so long to get a PM that I fell asleep. This is a Wednesday early afternoon, Also, I find it interesting that you guys want to clean your Bay during the middle of the day but whatever so they had two or three bays held up because of cleaning.
So I call back after missing my phone call and say hey I screwed up I missed my phone call.
The lady says okay. After I already acknowledged I screwed up She says "well it's your fault you missed your phone call so the ticket was closed out".
Rude but understandable. So she said I have seven more trucks in the queue now. So I said all right. I guess I'll have to wait.
She then says (All while being a condescending jerk) You're going to have to come back in.
You have my information there. You told me the ticket is closed down.
The right thing to do would be to say hey. Let me try to work you in but it's going to be a little while. Cool, I'm all right with that I'm accountable.
But not only does she not do that, She talks to me like I'm a child and then proceeds to tell me that I have to come back into the store to check in.
That's completely unnecessary. She could have just printed up or pulled up my previous invoice. It's not like my DOT number changed or anything like that.
So whoever that lady was working the front about 5:00 p.m. today she really Needs to learn how to talk to people if you're going to work in the service business.

$18 for a shower that wasn't cleaned is wild. Asked for a different shower, and I was told, "It's been cleaned." Absolutely wild. This little incident is unfortunate because everything else was good until the shower. Only thing that looked clean was the towels.
This was shower 2 for those curious.

I paid for a parking reservation that I was unable to get i was screamed at by the woman at the fuel island for obstructing her view after security said it was ok, so I could be out of the way. Cause all the pumps, but 2 were closed. Instead, I had to park in a place that was not safe so I could take my 10. I will refrain from stopping here again.

They got everything a trucker needs! I arrived around 20:00 after a delivery in Jersey City, plenty of parking around here. Went through the Blue Beacon for a fresh wash out! Showered up the next morning, dirty laundry is currently in the washer. After laundry is folded Iron Skillet restaurant is next. Parking is 25$ for 24 hours, or 25$ worth of stuff from their store, save your receipts and don't lose your ticket. Have a great day.

The petro truck shop in bordertown,nj. has the worst service on road calls iv ever seen in my 32yrs of trucking iv waited 10.5hrs for a service truck an now they suggested I call someone that is appalling to turn a paying customer away

Took 8 hours to simply inspect my trailer, which is typically a 20 minute job. They told me multiple times that there was 1 truck ahead of me, yet I kept seeing multiple trucks pull into the bay during that time, and I was there before all of them. They messed with my money, and I will not be coming back here again. I highly suggest that you find another place to get an inspection, because they are going to waste your time here.
