Please must sure you are clear on what you want them to do because they will stick you with a price you didn't agree to, please save yourself the time and money and choose another company because Barbara with take advantage and over charge and mislead you at a moment notice and demand you pay the over price knowing she didn't inform you of the price until after they have perform the service

Melissa at the desk was great. The tall guy with the beard and the man with a mustache who towed my black Nissan off Exit 7 of the Turnpike were thorough, great concersationalists, professional and helpful.

tow truck driver cut me off in traffic because he wasnt paying attention to the cars stopped in front of him. i feel bad for the peoples cars he was towing.

This towning company are a RIPOFF I’m sure 1 day you all will pay for ripping people off. $500 for 5 miles off the turnpike plus $125 because my tow wasn’t allowed in their yard and he ended going in because they told him to go in and tow the car himself. #HAYNESTOWINGRIPOFFService: Car towing

Bossy, condescending desk staff. You're at their mercy if you break down on NJ Pike because they are on their "approved" list of companies that can tow off that road. That seems like a scam in itself. I would never choose to do business with this company if i were not under the duress of being 400 miles from home and in need of getting my car off the turnpike.

Horrible company would not ever recommend anyone use it!! Horrible company! The driver was completely unprofessional and rude. He didn’t properly secure my car to the flat bed, no explanations as to why we were being brought to his dispatch or why he decided to start going through my car, and started refusing to take the car off the flat bed. The lady in the office started out nice and explained somethings but then when I proceeded to inform her, she got an attitude. After continuing to try to get them to get my car off the tow truck and get some answers I was then told I was trespassing and that the cops were on their way. When the cops arrived and everything was explained to them they weren’t surprised by being called. This company is known for this type of behavior and this is one of numerous similar calls that the cops have received from other customers. Do not give them your business.Service: Car towing

If I could give 0 stars I would. After waiting over an hour for the driver he loaded the car onto the flat bed and didn’t secure it properly. We asked to be brought to the nearest exit so that we could call AAA to have it towed the rest of the way. The driver ignored us and never explained anything to us as to why we were being brought the complete opposite way to his dispatch center. Once we got to the dispatch center the driver continued to ignore any questions we asked and said they might have to keep my car over night, again with no explanation as to why when all I had was a blown tire and was calling AAA. When I tried to ask him again he proceeded to stare at my chest and check me up and down then Turned around and walked away. He started going through my car and when asked again why he was going through my car I got no answer until he slammed my door,stopped taking my car off the flat bed and walked away. Then the lady in the office started getting an attitude when explaining to her what her driver was doing and I was dismissed. Another worker who was off duty decided to get involved and tried to say I was “trespassing” and that they were calling the cops. Bordentown police showed up and when explained the situation they weren’t surprised. Apparently they get these calls often from this company. They’re completely unprofessional,rude, and don’t deserve anyone’s business. Stay away!

I've had to call Haines Towing a few times and they've always been quick to respond. They're always pleasant and helpful, even when I'm having a bad day. I highly recommend their services.

I found myself unfortunately needing their services last night (more than 100 miles away from my house)the dispatcher told the tow truck driver that I was in need of a restroom, and he kindly stopped at a rest stop for methe dispatcher was very kind to me when I broke down at the office cryingI did not get their names, but they made a bad situation very bearable... I really appreciated their kindness
