Mom and pop old school shop. Love this place they have vintage and antique stuff that I haven’t seen in a years. If you need anything they are very helpful and willing to order for you. I would recommend for everyday products and also one off items that are harder to find.

Eugene Jr. is a joy to talk to. Highly, highly recommend. He is super welcoming and the shop has a lot of cool stuff. Did a handgun transfer through him and the price is very competitive.

I have enjoyed the many interactions with Gene over the past decades - between picking his brain for reloading knowledge to just hanging out listening to the banter with other long time customers. I was saddened by his passing but last night I met the new owner - Gene's son. The apple did not fall far from the tree - actually it didn't bounce or roll!Looking forward to many more years of going to Salomon's. GOOD LUCK

Gene is the type of guy that this country was founded on. Small shop, no computer inventory just “ one second I will go look for ya”. He is a very helpful guy especially once he gets to know you he remembers you.
