Dealing with Nancy at Ramtown Carpet was a pleasurable experience. She is experienced, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The Ramtown selection is very robust for both their carpet and hard flooring lines. We decided on a tight Berber for our carpeting throughout the house and a luxury vinyl plank for our kitchen. Each floor was done by experienced installers to our satisfaction. The overall project looks great. Bottom line: we would not hesitate using Ramtown for any future needs that we may have. Both Nancy and Frank will take care of you for sure!

Nancy is amazing and so accommodating. Prices are good and the quality is excellent. We selected our carpet on Monday and it was installed on Friday. I highly recommend.

We were looking for flooring for our new home. Ramtown Carpet One had donated flooring to our son for his home so of course we went there. Nancy and Frank were so helpful. They helped us pick out all of our flooring. The house looks amazing. The flooring went on before we moved in. Thank you so much for all of your help and time.

We are so glad that we found this place. Everyone there is very helpful. No pressure sales. Great prices. I had my kitchen floor redone. They said they will try before Christmas and the didnt let us down. The installation crew was 2nd to none. They were very professional and they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Carpet One Ramtown.

We first met Tom on our painting job (he did the bathroom floor) we loved the floor and the job they did. We were redoing our kitchen and wanted his advice on floors. He gave us great advice and we took the next step and called Nancy. From start to finish Nancy was friendly, informative, patient, even through the limited hours, she was very accommodating. Picking out our floor was not easy and she was great! she really knows her stuff!! We would gladly use Ramtown again! Check them out, you won't be sorry!Rich & Diane Moore

I got carpet installation and vinyl and I was very happy with the results. They worked with me during the pandemic and made sure I was able to get everything I needed. I am really new to all this and they walked me through the process step by step. Tommy and Nancy were great to work with. I would use them again.
