“Two weeks ago I posted a “pre visit” review (under my business email account jaaJackson) and this time im posting an actual “after service” review. I dropped off my jeans to be tailored as I said I was going to do and everyone was super friendly. There was one person ahead of me but they made sure to acknowledge my presence and got to me within a minute or two. We discussed what I needed done and they told me they would be ready the next Tuesday…so just a few days. I wasn’t able to get there Tuesday. I picked them up Friday. You’d never know they were tailored as they look exactly the same along the inseam and hem as they did before the work was done….they tapered the legs perfectly and I now have a new favorite pair of jeans. I KNEW I was going to get good work at a good price by good people. I knew the reviews by the Karens were total baloney before I even got there. People really should be cognizant of what they say and how they say it. Trying to ruin someone’s business because you think that the world should stop in an instant when you need something done instantly is typical Karen behavior and most of us are over it. If you need something tailored (or any service for that matter) then expect for it to take a little time. If you want something hemmed in 2 hours then go buy yourself some hem tape and get to ironing. Don’t expect anyone to put you to the front of the line because you waited until the last minute. “Most amazing customer service ever!! They are so accommodating and a pleasure to use! Just today I called literally 2 minutes before closing. I said I live a few minutes away and I really need a skirt for tonight. She said I should come now and she’ll wait for me. I told her I can’t leave the house now, if there’s any way she can bring it to me. With much graciousness and thoughtfulness and very very happily she drove and delivered it to me! A couple of minutes later I have the car pull up to my house with a big smile and my skirt. That’s really beyond amazing service!Services: Laundry wash & fold”

“Absolutely a Fantastic Experience!! I had a king size comforter that I had to wash and dry…..And I had so many errands to run in a short period of time… so Kimberly offered to wash, dry and fold it for me for a fee!! It was sooo worth it!!! I got all my errands accomplished and she texted me when my comforter was ready for pick up!!! Kimberly was so pleasant and accommodating!! I Would highly recommend bringing any of your laundry needs to Kimberly!!!”
“I got married at Clark's Landing Yacht Club on Sunday, August 20th. When I went to put my wedding dress on (about an hour and a half before the ceremony) the zipper on my dress completely broke. One of my bridesmaids called this shop in a panic and luckily Bakul answered our call even though he was not supposed to be working. 6 of us ran into his shop in panic mode and he saved my zipper , dress, and wedding day in 5 minutes!!! I am so grateful to this shop and will recommend to everyone!!”

“Was using a company to pickup, wash, fold and deliver my laundry, something changed with them so I was contacted by pat at fluff n fold, so I tried them and the other company. I at that point was so much happier with fluff n fold that now I'm a regular weekly client. They are fantastic and the owner is wonderful. If you want fantastic service at a great price, go no further. FLUFF N FOLD.”
“I entered Cleaners J with 2 identical quilts that I hoped could be used to create a single bedspread. I provided pictures of what I wanted the resulting bedspread to look like along with measurements of how much of the 2nd quilt I thought should be used. “Called ahead when we were running late, and the owner or manager who helped us agreed to put our mattress pad on the back step so that we could pick it up 10 minutes after the store closed. It was our first night in Spring Lake and so happy they could accommodate the last minute request. Thank you!”

“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.”

“This is a response to Ms. Nik Gomolka. The stain was already on the men's cream shirt on the left side of the chest and was verified by the cleaner man. The stain is not guaranteed since you wanted the men's shirt at short notice. You behaved in an unladylike manner by tossing the shirt in my direction and raising you voice at me in my face. You treated me like I am a foreigner. It was unfortunate that this incident took place. I hope in the future when you bring the incoming dry cleaning we ( you and me) inspect the clothes carefully together. Christine K.”

“Well this is a true rating and not because my sister is the attendant on duty when I was there doing my laundry, but it's just amazing cause she reminded me of our mother who overworked herself at the WashTub in freehold back in the 80s. If you don't believe me, come in on a Saturday morning and ask the other customers how they like doing laundry on Saturdays. Also woodys business will increase if hours were extended. Sometimes I wanna swing by after work on Wednesdays but you close too early and I don't get off until 4.”
