When I went into open my box this week, Anthony (the postmaster) recognized me, greeted me by name and knew my box number. He is super nice, as is the two other ladies which I still have to learn their names (one is Sally I believe?). They made me feel very welcome and understand what it's like to be from a small town. YEAH!!!”

“After a bit of a scare when one of my three packages were not scanned into the system upon arrival at the UPS Edison hub, the tracing system did its job and all ended well. The staff was understanding and they offered all avenues of help. I was grateful to encounter the owner of the store who really took the time to help get us through a tough situation. I really appreciate good old fashioned service ~ this place gets it.”
“came inside with my mom earlier to get a specific rhino industrial label refill and couldn’t find it anywhere. target and home depot didn’t have it and we were in a time crunch so we shot in the dark and asked the cashier. he thought about it for a sec and gave us the exact location with great detail. exactly where he said it was. not gonna lie i was impressed. they didn’t have the right size though but next time i’m stopping here first.”

“In fact, this place is good, or rather, the woman worker just does her job well! This employee gave me the opportunity to verify addresses before sending my letters. I sent a lot of registered letters, but despite this, she gave me the opportunity on her screen, a display in her system, to check the exact addresses of sending my letters. I told her that the last letter was very important for the lawyer, and she immediately understood me, and also gave me the opportunity to check the exact address in the system. This is far from common and not all post offices give you such a real opportunity, without even asking the employee about it. I've had a lot of bad experiences where postal workers simply refuse this opportunity to give you the right to check the exact address on the screen in the system. Thanks a lot for your great job!”

“I came here to ship a package from NJ to CA. Saji behind the counter helped me to go through different shipping options. What I need was to make sure the recipient will get the package in person, not leaving it at the front door (in our case this is more important than the delivery time - we are not in a hurry). After discussed a few options Saji helped me to chose the FedEx envelope with Espress Saver option which is much better than I thought (by reading on the rate posted on FedEx website). Prior going to the store, I did also check with UPS but they don't quote me the price readily. USPS has a registered mail option but my friend (recipient) insisted to use FedEx as she thinks FedEx is more reliable. I ended up paying about $20 - everyone is happy. The other three customer service agents including the manager Sarah are equality warm and welcoming. The store is clean, no waiting in line. It is also conveniently located and accessible from the nearby towns. Highly recommended!”

“Very convenient, very personable staff. The young man who helped me to get out and emergency shipment made every effort to insure the safe and timely delivery of my package. They were careful to tell me that there were less expensive options, but when I explained the urgency of getting our package out, they provided us with safe and secure packaging. Parking in front of the store is a bit dicey, but there is a resident parking lot in the back. If you ignore the many "No Parking" signs you'll be fine for the few minutes you're there. Try this FedEx Shipping Center out!”
“Have never had any problems with this post office.I really like the automated walk up machine which you can print stamps from. It also has a scale for you to weigh a package and print postage from. If you're tech savvy, it can be faster than waiting in line.They have 4 outside mail boxes you can drop off letters at (two of which are drive up which is great). If you have a smaller package which already has postage, there is a drop bin inside that you can quickly use and get out fast (there is a size limit, probably the size of a small toaster oven).They have the standard USPS packing materials, as well as greeting cards and even some gift cards. Pretty handy if you're in a pinch.”
