We picked the Michael Kors Navy Sterling suits from the Jim's Formal Wear catalog. Vicky was very helpful with explaining the process and helping us with measurements. When we came back for the fitting, she also helped tie the bow ties for groom, father of the bride, and father of the groom. The price was in line with what I expected to pay for a suit rental. We would return to Joseph D'Apolito & Son if we had the need for another suit rental in the future.

I called up to get measurements done for myself and 8 of my groomsmen and received the worst customer service in my life. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude, mean and unprofessional. We are ordering tuxedos online and simply need to get measurements done. The response I received multiple times when I asked how much it would cost was "I don't usually charge for that but then again my customers rent tuxedos from me". I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't know the quality of their work but would never step foot in there based off the rudeness I received over the phone.

Ask for the price before getting anything done here, they will surprise you with the bill that is 2-3 times the going rate anywhere else. It is disgustingly expensive for simple alterations.
