“Had some curb rash on edges of my BMW alloy rim , called up made the appointment, came in and they did the repair with tire still on rim and while waiting for car which is a plus. No drama or surprises either. The rim is not back to 100% new looking but I was aware that for this type of on the spot repair it’s more about making the damage not noticeable which they did do so I’m good! And everyone there was professional, polite and personable unlike many other places…..”

“My car battery was dying and I was afraid I wouldn’t make it home. I drove to RCM, no appointment, and Bobby took care of everything. I wasn’t expecting him to change out the battery or even work on my car, especially since it was already about 4:30 and I showed up unannounced. I figured I could leave it and he could work on it tomorrow. But, he asked what happened, ran a diagnostics check and confirmed the issue. He then proceeded to replace the battery right then and there. Amazing customer service and the knowledge that your car will be taken care of the right way. Whether you are a first time customer or have been a customer for many years, Bobby and the guys at RCM will take the time to explain the issue, correctly fix it, and then charge you a fair price. Without having an appointment, Amir got my car in pretty quickly, had it checked, & spent some real time discussing the “issue” with the mechanic. When he returned to the lobby, he explained it was not the battery. Unfortunately, I have to take it to the dealership. “I had some warning lights for ABS and Traction Control errors on my dash. I attempted to fix this issue myself, but my repair only worked for about a year. I tried again and could not figure out what was wrong (even my code reader was giving me no help) so I brought my vehicle in to get checked out. I was expecting to be told that I either messed something up or there was something major wrong- but I received a call that the tech was able to diagnose the issue as a rust-induced problem with a wheel sensor not getting a good ground and not functioning properly. My technician was able to clean up the rust around the sensor's mounting location and it began to work again and has been perfect ever since. This repair required no parts and was completed the same day. Not only was the work done well, but the diagnosis was thorough and honest and it didn't cost me much money to get my car back to 100% functionality! Thank you!!!”
