Last time I had a recall the performance ford in Randolph took 40 days. He was so nice, and helpful and made sure everything being done to my car would be covered by ford. Super honest. Took me from never wanting a ford again after working with Randolph to considering a Ford again when my lease is up.”

Sam took a look at my car and within minutes he asked me to pull my car next to the garage door. Sam then proceeded to work on the car door and remove the scratches! Talk about service! “Ziggy is a BMW expert and a straight shooter. He calls out unnecessary repairs which the dealer and other brake/tire job places lie about. He repaired the oil valve gasket cover issue I was having for months, repaired the brake sensor in the pad (which did not require replacement as another placed lied about) and the car is running great. I'm a permanent customer now.”

“Mike and the service team are AMAZING! Long story but my daughter’s jeep was having some issues while at college in Tennessee. I needed to road trip with my jeep and swap out cars. My car needed an oil change before a14 hr drive and a quick look over. Mike squeezed me in for the next day.
