“I couldn't be more pleased! My car was ready one day ahead of schedule. I was kept informed of progress on the work by both phone and email, including when it was completed. The work was professionally done -- they even took the time to use spare paint to cover over several blemishes on my car that were not related to the work I needed done. And the cost was equal to the estimate and payment from my insurance company, no hidden fees or charges at all! I will not hesitate to have K & L do body work for me in the future, and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends in the area who need body work!”

“Would give more stars to Pasquale in service if I could. Changed my oil, rotated my tires, and fixed 2 recalls on my Bronco in one day. Last time I had a recall the performance ford in Randolph took 40 days. He was so nice, and helpful and made sure everything being done to my car would be covered by ford. Super honest. Took me from never wanting a ford again after working with Randolph to considering a Ford again when my lease is up.”
“Charlie's Auto Body & Repair was a great experience. Spoke and delt with Sam. Sam took the time outta of his busy schedule to look at my car and look at the scratches on my car door. Sam took a look at my car and within minutes he asked me to pull my car next to the garage door. Sam then proceeded to work on the car door and remove the scratches! Talk about service! I wanted to hug the guy!

“John Seymour at Fullerton Ford was a pleasure to work with and made my car buying experience easy and transparent. I went to other dealerships where I felt weary and did not trust what the salespeople were saying to me, but the experience was much different at Ford. We ran into an issue where something very minor had to be tended to within the first few weeks of delivery and the service/sales department made sure I was taken care of, going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. The process was seamless and they even provided a shuttle for me to get home and car delivery so I barely had to adjust my work day. “Disappointed in myself that I didn't review sooner, I've been going to them for 6 years. They can find any part at a fantastic price and the quality is amazing. I've had a vintage Porsche and a vintage Ford both of these they've been able to find any part I need with no problem. This is my preferred auto parts store I'll get everything from fluid changes from them to strange gaskets or peculiar parts from them whether it be vacuum lines or electrical they can find it they will get it and they are fantastic. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend”
“Someone hit & ran my car at a parking lot while I was grocery shopping. Multiple scratches & minor dent. Raj Auto Body got rid of the scratches quickly & advised me to leave the dents as-is and not to waste money fixing those. Great honest folks. Anyother place would have ripped you off. Wasn’t an issue I thought until the hot weather. Took it there and order never returned. His attention to detail is amazing. “First off, Ziggy is a very knowledgeable BMW mechanic! He completely rebuilt the entire VANOS system on our BMW 328i xDrive and got the car running again. A very dishonest BMW dealer in the area (do honest dealers exist?) quoted us $20K to replace the engine and suggested, in fact, to buy a new car. Obviously we didn't buy their nonsense. Ziggy fixed it, instead. Ziggy is very fair, honest and professional.Ziggy is also a certified BMW mechanic who worked for a BMW dealer for over 15 years.”

“Chris is a front suspension and alignment specialist. He also does brakes and other repairs. He took over the family business long ago and is very experienced. The shop is old school cool, you feel like you are in 1955 when you walk in. He is very good with all and especially torsion bar front suspensions, on new and vintage cars. Not many techs today understand this system of suspension as it adjusts the vehicle ride height, which is definitely part of the steering quality of the vehicle. Chris has a high level of quality in his work, and double checks the vehicle to make sure it is just right. Definitely recommend this shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“Trailer broke down a few miles from here on a long trip. Called them at 7:30 as soon as the open. Told them what was happening. The guy said bring it here I got you. They had everything I needed to replace my wheel bearings. I had no part numbers. I had no info on what size bearings. The guy knew exactly how to measure them and in 30 seconds he had the right ones sitting on the counter. What amazing service. And great knowledge. Thank you for getting me on the road again!!!”

“This dealer is the real deal. I didn’t buy a car here but rather I am working with the service department. However, two individuals have gone above and beyond for me.
Bill from sales one day met me after hours to help change the license plate on my car. He not only helped me find my car on his lot but came out with a drill and was kind enough to change the license plates for me. He was extremely kind from the moment he answered my call to when I waved him goodbye. It’s the little things that matter most.
Mike - he always answers the phone himself. My Jeep is in for a big repair and he has been very helpful in coordinating the repair and has kept me updated throughout the process.
