I went to Seng Couture for my first time shopping for my wedding dress and the experience was everything I dreamed of and more. Booking an appointment online was so quick and easy and I was able to send inspiration pictures from their website prior via text message. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, I went in unsure of what to expect but my stylist Jennifer was absolutely incredible and so attentive, caring, and passionate. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions I had. She made me feel so comfortable in a situation that could potentially be uncomfortable and she made the guests I brought feel completely involved in the process as well. After trying 2-3 dresses from the pictures I sent and giving her more of an idea of what I wanted, Jennifer figured out what silhouette looked best on me/which I liked the best and started pulling dresses she thought I would love and I truly loved all of them. I completely trusted her opinion and knew she had my best interest in mind. Her only fault was making my decision more difficult by bringing me such beautiful gowns that made me feel the most confident I've ever felt. One of the last dresses I tried on ended up being THE ONE and Jennifer chose the dress herself. I am so grateful to her!
I had an incredible experience shopping here; not only did I "say yes to the dress", but I created moments with my mom and my sister that we will never forget all thanks to the amazing service of my stylist, Jennifer, and the rest of the employees. You can tell that everyone at Seng loves working there and helping people find the gown of their dreams. There was a lot of genuine love in the room from so many people I never even met before and I hope every bride is able to feel this when they go shopping for their wedding dress. The entire experience was so much more than buying a wedding dress and I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. Thank you Jennifer and everyone at Seng Couture!

I've never written a review, but feel compelled after my experience with Aliyah at Seng Couture. Not only is she professional, but she's also knowledgeable, kind, funny and honest. Aliyah understood that I didn't want to look like the mother of the groom and steered me away from those 'types' of dresses. I simply love what I purchased, it's the right dress for me ... all the way around ... and I thank Aliyah for all her assistance. She's lovely and I highly recommend her!

I had an amazing experience at Seng Couture! Scheduling my appointment was incredibly easy, and I appreciated the variety of time slots available. The selection of dresses was impressive, with countless styles to choose from.
A special shoutout to my stylist, Jaclyn! She was attentive, honest, and truly listened to my vision. Her guidance made the process enjoyable, and I felt completely comfortable trying on different styles. Thanks to her support, I found my dream dress! I couldn't have done it without her. I highly recommend Jaclyn and Seng Couture for anyone looking for their perfect bridal gown!

I highly recommend Courtney from Seng Couture. This was an amazing experience and never thought I would find the dress on my first time bridal shopping. She was so attentive in understanding the type of dress I wanted and I have a very unique style. She found my dress and it just put a big smile on my face and I will be letting friends and family know about my experience. This place was beautiful and have ALOT of options for dresses and anyone who is reading this go check it out!!!

I was highly satisfied with my first appointment for a mother of the groom dress at Seng Couture. My stylist Aliyah was fabulous. She made me feel very comfortable, had the dresses pulled & ready to try on & respectfully & honestly gave me feedback on all the dresses I was trying on. Looking forward to going back to meet with Aliyah again with my future daughter-in-law to choose the right dress!

My appointment at Seng Couture was a dream, and that was greatly attributed to having Courtney as my stylist. Courtney brought a calm and confident energy that helped me feel at ease. My mom came with me and it was a special moment between us that was highlighted by the energy and excitement of how the appointment went. Courtney listened to my feedback and style preferences, and when she put me in THE dress, we didn’t even need to say anything - we just looked at each other and knew and that felt special. Overall, Seng Couture was a beautiful, professional, clean, and well established store with an incredible amount of dresses to choose from. Highly recommend.

Aliyah was absolutely outstanding! She made the process of selecting bridesmaid dresses a truly wonderful experience for both my matron of honor and me. Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Seng Couture at All Costs!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Seng Couture is a complete disaster. I ordered a specific item, but instead, they sent me the wrong product. That’s bad enough, but it gets worse—they completely failed to fix their mistake.
I reached out to customer service multiple times, and their responses were either nonexistent or completely useless. They have done absolutely NOTHING to rectify the situation. No refund, no exchange, nothing. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers and has no idea what accountability or customer service even means.
I’m appalled by how badly they handled this. DO NOT ORDER from Seng Couture unless you want to waste your money and deal with incompetent people who couldn’t care less about fixing their own errors. Absolutely pathetic.
The five star reviews are friends, family, and bought. Look at the negative reviews and compare.

My experience at Seng Couture was great. The shop was clean and well-organized, with the cutest areas for trying on dresses. Allana, my stylist, was very helpful. She reached out beforehand, and I sent her a variety of styles since it was my first time trying on dresses. She pulled great options and listened to what I liked and didn’t like. Allana was quick, attentive, and made the process smooth. She made the appointment! I’m so happy I found my dress here!

Sent couture was the first place I went to to try on wedding dresses. A couple friends that have gotten married recently all raved about sengs. Told me about how great the girls were as well as how non salesy and affordable everything was. From the-get Jaclyn was amazing. She really got to get to know about me and my Fiance. She has a few dresses from what I had spoken to her about previously all ready for me. She really got to know what I liked and didn’t like. I was honestly not expecting to find a dress my first time. I even had two other appointments lined up because I am very particular in what I like and how it fits me. Sengs had so many options to pick from. Many beautiful dresses. Jaclyn towards the end ran away because from LISTENING to the comments I was making she thought about the perfect dress. And it was, the perfect dress. It was everything I could have had imagined. Tears rolled down my maid of honors, my mom and my face as she put the vail on. I didn’t even think to ask about the price until after I said yes to the dress. And Jaclyn had respected my budget and never went above it once or even made me feel like my budget wasn’t enough. I am so happy with my decision. And I am so happy I made it to sengs. Really had an awesome experience and I cannot recommend Sengs and Jaclyn enough. I know my future husbands jaw will drop and tears will roll down his face too as I walk down the isle. Thank you Jaclyn ❤️
