This is the best florist in the area. I always use them for special life events and other occasions. The owners are delightful people and put tremendous pride into their work. Their bouquets are always amazing. We are lucky to have them in our community.

Scotchwood Florist is so accommodating and fantastic. I needed a little extra TLC with my order and Scotchwood Florist did an all around great service. The arrangement was beautiful, it showed up as expected and me and the recipient are both very happy.

Zero stars is more appropriate, I will preface by saying I’ve patronized this florist on many occasions . Walked in to purchase flowers for my husband’s funeral, the owner gave condolences handed me a book and said this is my busiest season (graduation) so I won’t be able to spend much time with you? I asked if he wanted me to go somewhere else??
I purchased flowers for casket & a standing spray. The wake was a week later and when we arrived to the funeral home the flowers were never delivered.
Funeral parlor jumped into action who called the florist who claimed they didn’t recall flowers in spite of my receipt. They called another local florist who had flowers sent within 40 minutes and offered to bill the initial florist for payment.

I purchased the Florist’s Choice Daily Deal Deluxe arrangement. The seasonal flowers were fresh, fragrant, and beautifully arranged. My wife absolutely loved the arrangement. Service at the shop was great as well.

We are actually disappointed. We were surprised to see how small the flower arrangement. We ordered a medium and it really looked like a small arrangement. We were quite embarrassed to see this. Also, the arrangement was delivered so late in the day. We had to call ask what happened.
