I read the reviews for Shin Brothers Jewelers and they had great reviews and I didn’t know much about chains. I went in and met Mr. Shin and his team and they were awesome. The lady that helped me was friendly and taught me the differences between the links, widths, and lengths. She was the nicest lady and we had a great conversation while looking at chains. They took great care of an old veteran and provided the type of service that made you feel comfortable about making a large purchase. “We had an old cuckoo clock that, despite my best efforts, I couldn’t get working. Within 10 minutes they had the clock ticking and oiled. He walked me through how to transport the clock safely and how to perform easy maintenance on my own. Next time I need a clock fixed, I know where to go.
Funny story, as I was walking out another cuckoo clock was coming in to be fixed. There are dozens of us out there and, apparently, this is the spot to get your clock fixed.”
