Rachel and Jun are wonderful. They always treat their customers with kindness, respect, professionalism, and they are always accommodating. I've been coming to them for 12 years and I have never been disappointed...not once. They're the standard in the area in my opinion. My wife and daughters have had alterations done to dresses, pants, shirts, and blouses and Rachel and Jun always deliver incredible work at a great price. VERY Highly recommended!

The first time I came here, I was in a dry cleaning emergency situation. Needed it done ASAP before a flight in 48 hours. Mrs. Rachel was able to accommodate a quick turnaround time of next day pickup at no additional cost! To add more difficulty on myself, I showed up for pickup an hour after the business closed on Sunday. I called the emergency number and Mrs. Rachel opened up the cleaners for me and took care of me with nothing but outstanding and kind customer service. My suit and shirt look better than new. This is an outstanding business with a great owner and team. I’ll exclusively come here moving forward and highly recommend for all others! Thank you Mrs. Rachel and Golden Hanger Cleaners!!

I’ve been using Golden Hanger Cleaners since I moved to Fanwood approximately 2.5 years ago. My wife and I have had several sets of pants and dresses altered and were very happy with the results. We bring our regular dry cleaning to them as well and they always do a great job. We also recently had my wife’s wedding dress cleaned and preserved and are very satisfied.Services: Wedding gown preservation

Have been going to Golden Hanger for over 15 years. Rachel is without question the best dry cleaner I have had and I have had many in the different towns I live. I have been going to Golden Hanger cleaners for years. I moved away from Fanwood for about 6 years, and tried using 4-5 different dry cleaners. I never found one as good or as friendly as Golden Hanger. When I moved back to Fanwood about 3 years ago, I popped in with my load of shirts. Rachel asked where I had been. She remembered my name and even how I like my shirts done. She and her partner have always been courteous and professional, and have always done a top notch job on my clothes, whether cleaning or alterations. It has been wonderful renewing my acquaintance with them.Services: Laundry pick-up

Horrible place will never go back again. I went in to get a wedding dress stained removed. Was told pay half $285 to clean the dress and other half is to box it. They were unable to clean it and once I told them not to box it they can’t back and said box was only $45 so I still had to pay the rest. Get the pricing details in writing and make sure it’s itemized. If they were honest from beginning I would accept fault.

I have not used their service, but when I tried to reach out with phone for the first time, the lady who answered the phone call was vey rude. She even made fun of and laughed at my last name out loud which was TERRIBLE. And she also refused to give me a rough range of estimated price because "there's a line waiting for her" so she "can't continue to talk to me". Virtual customers are still customers, I get you could be busy, if you don't have time answering my phone, get me though the voice mail. I don't deserve to be treated like this.Experience for sure varies depending on who you have talked to, but I, for one, definitely would not want to continue with them. And seems to me that they don't want to take in new businesses.
