    Decent DYI formal party venue. Air conditioner didn't work. But the building had sufficient open air ventilation.

    Beautiful Rustic Venue, Great for a medium group of people. Great Space for an artistic person to decorate for any type of event. It has a bar area, two spacious bathrooms, open space with various areas to create ambience. Only negative was no kitchen to heat food.

    We used Fresh Restorations for my daughter’s baby shower. We were beyond pleased. Audrey is a pleasure to do business with, and the space is just perfect for any occasion.
