Thank you, Closet Factory, and especially Lauren Mikol for an outstanding job. We needed a cabinet to fit into a very tight space with no room for error. Lauren was professional, patient, listened to our needs, then designed the perfect cabinet to accommodate both our needs and the limited space.
Adding to our headache-free experience was Grover, who installed the cabinets. He was also professional, meticulous, and pleasant to work with.

Grover and Juan Pablo came and installed my closets from Closet Factory and did a fantastic job! They were so professional, had great carpentry skills and were so nice to deal with. Arlene, our design consultant, worked with us to create custom closets for our walk-in closet, three kids' bedrooms, and a linen closet. She was wonderful to work with—so easygoing, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in bringing our ideas to life. The sales rep, Angela Medina was very knowledgeable regarding the product, options and installation process. In addition, her follow up and responsiveness were excellent. As for the install, we had two professionals, Josue and Luis. Both were polite, conscientious and efficient. They answered our questions, reviewed the closet features and addressed any last minute concerns quickly. A great job by the entire team!

Though Costco, Closet Factory re-did a few closest, laundry and mud room. The whole process was seamless. Angela was my designer and she did an amazing job working with me to get every little detail right and maximize storage space. The installation went smooth and was clean when they left. The whole process with Closet Factory made adding tons more storage easy!

We worked with Angela Medina for the design of our primary closet. We met with Angela for the consultation/closet design and she took the time to design the closet the way we wanted and was able to offer a lot of nice options/upgrades. Angela was a pleasure to work with, great at responding to calls/texts and following through with the project.
