The gym is a fantastic place to start your work the staff and customers are very nice courteous and the equipment is pretty professional and new I will start with a cardio work out tomorrow thank you Edwin

I love this gym, been going here since 07 but the only thing that has changed is the hours. They use to have early morning hours and now that they have changed that to 7am it makes it hard for me to go since I work very late. I do hope ownership changes that at least to 6am.

Some machines need repair but there are 2 or 3 of each type so no worries. Not sure if they have group exercises anymore. You want a shake, better wait till you get home. This place is no frills
