This morning I went in to submit my passport application. I scheduled an appointment a few days prior but for some reason, I never received a confirmation. So when I was looking for it this morning, I panicked. Either way, I decided to go anyway.Upon arrival no one was at the desk, so I rang the bell on the counter. A nice lady walked up from the back. Once I explained my situation she told me to hand over my documents.While waiting for her to start the process, 2 people walked in. She was very attentive and great at multi tasking. After she reviewed my stuff and I paid, she explained how I could track my passport and what to do if I wanted to expedite the process.Overall the process was quick and would recommend this location for this!

I found this post office to be excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and kind to me. I was there for a passport appointment and they made sure to walk me through all the steps clearly! Extremely patient and helpful; 5 star experience for me!

The people have always been nice but today over 20 minutes late. Understand emergencies happen but maybe there should be more than 1 person to open up and if the price of mailing goes up I understand.
