I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). “I review very little but felt compelled to write this immediately after returning home from my service appointment today.
Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”
