Rent space here at your own peril. There is no staff on site. Their units require specialized locks that are not on sale in any regular shops such as Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, ABC Hardware, UHaul. No where. After they collect your money and you go to the unit and find out that you have put your possessions in their units and cant lock it, you will have no choice but to drive around for hours trying to find one of the highly specialized locks, make several phoner calls to their office without getting any help and told that you have to wait until the next day to speak to a manager who might not be able to help you. They will also hang up the phone on you after hearing from you once to many times. They will do nothing to compensate you for wasting your time and money driving around for several hours, unless you take the time and money to sue them. Be warned. Awful.

Those units are infested with mice so be very careful what you store in there
