“This Firestone is a few blocks from my home so it's obviously convenient to have my car serviced at this location. However, it's not the sole reason I continue to trust them with my car: I've taken my 2020 Hyundai Elantra to this Firestone for over two years for regular oil changes, front brake service, battery replacement, fuel injection service, and just recently four Firestone tires! I can honestly say, each and every time I've taken my car to be worked on, I have felt respected, well informed, and secure about not being manipulated into unnecessary repairs. Each employee that I've communicated with has been knowledgeable about my car's needs and have provided me with accurate information in terms of wait time. They have a waiting room just in case you don't live nearby and have the convenience of going home like me. There are also some eateries close by if you opt to have something to eat while you wait.”

When I had more serious issues like water in my car which takes longer time, the owner Matt even ordered me food. The mechanics here communicate well too. “Great, solid work. Highly recommended. Sam is great, outstanding customer service. These guys do honest work for great prices, they don't try to rip you off. Recently got work done and was quoted $200 less than my normal mechanic quoted me. And they proceeded to deliver a great job as well. Will likely be using them as my regular mechanic now.The only thing I will mention is that when I picked up my car, there seemed to be some grease/oil stains left on the tires, tire rims, and on a small portion of the hood that I had to clean. Likely just from when they were doing the repair. Not a huge deal, just something for them to keep a lookout for. Overall 5 stars though, really liked this place.”

Early in the day I was told by a Goodyear tire store that I needed to replace the tire and being annoyed I went for a second opinion to Eddie and Yoli and Eddie informed me that the tire did not have a hole in it and that no repair was needed. He charged me a small fee to put the tire back on but overall very happy with the experience and I recommend them highly!!”

“I had a flat tire and the local guy from Roadside Assistance recommended Omar. I knew all four tires were on their final miles so I was ready to replace all four. Omar kindly went over the various tire alternatives and compared the pricing and ratings of the various tires available on Tire Rack (which really is the lowest out there). He then compared it to the pricing of the local vendors and showed there wasn't a notable difference. Needing to get done immediately, I opted for the local vendor. The whole job from the minute I walked in the door, ordering the tires and installing took two hours. They did a fantastic job! Honest guys!”

“I can't recommend Marbren Tire (now renamed Tire Town Express) highly enough. I got new tires there in 2019 and their prices were reasonable, they were friendly, fast and efficient. After hitting a bad pothole on the LIE in Aug. 2022, they had a replacement tire in stock, suggested I only needed 1 new tire when I thought I would need at least 2 and I was in and out in about an hour. Vinny, the Manager is friendly and awesome as is Roberto in the shop. They don't give you a hard-oversell and suggest unneeded parts and repairs like some of their nearby 21st Street competitors. They are very conveniently located in LIC near the LIE, and near the 59th Street bridge and Queens Midtown Tunnel.”
