I didn't have Internet and the MPC employee told me that the problem is with the sim car, he sold me a used card without telling me anything, I realized that it was used, I complained to him and he told me a new account for $15. I went to the web side and new account $10 01/14/2020 15:27:

I have metro pcs for many years and all the customers service were pretty good . However this place has the worst customer service I ever experienced. I went there last week and the blond lady has an attitude of 5 years old. She didn’t want to help at all. I asked her questions about my plan and she told me to call customer service. Then my question is what’s the point of hiring people that aren’t willing to work ?. If I was the owner of this place I would be ashamed to have workers like her.
I do not recommend anyone to go here. You guys can go everywhere else or switch to T mobile like I did. ?

The lady treated me very poorly. I went to ask for Internet on my tablet and she told me that they can't add Internet to my tablet because it is from the street and not from the same company, which has terrible service and the lady is even worse.
