Poor food quality and the menu is not acceptable at a party, there must be a menu to impress, plus they charge a lot, I don't recommend it.

It all started with the gentlemen came in the room to see our decorations and he was nice at the beginning but than he came back and started complaining of our tables decorations, why rent a place when you gonna be told how to decorate, he was nagging about it, so we ignored him. As he continued being nasty, I pointed to him that he should worry about all the glassware that were dirty and gathered all the glasses that still had lipstick and lips marks on it, which is super gross!!!!!!! He got upset even more but you can tell he was embarrassed, he had to change them all! We left came back to the party and he was still nagging about the plates, that my sister had no choice but to rearrange the tables again before party started! If you pay for place why do you have to decorate according to what they like, and why should you be seeing yourself having to point fingers of how dirty glasswares are n utensils! Floors are extremely stained, the guy that gathered all the jackets than left, he disappeared! so if people decided to leave earlier than expected, they literally had to walk in to get their jackets, and scroll thru the whole walking closet for your jacket! The food was blah for the high price that was being charged! The only thing I can say about the place is that the guys that do valet parking were super great and so did the two gentlemen that catered the party, because that old man I’m assuming he is the owner the one nagging is such a huge pest! Bathroom were super dirty they don’t even have someone cleaning them, constantly, I wouldn’t recommend this place never and again! The worst thing after all was a roach on the table crawling on the bread! One of the guest saw it what an embarrassment!!!!!

On Saturday December 16, 2023 we had our Christmas party.The place was very cozy and was ready on time.The attention of the waiters was excellent.Very good food.The bartender's attention was average. This man had a very bad attitude and terrible customer service.The bar should have opened at 7:00 pm and it did at 7:30 pm.We also paid 1 additional hour to be served until 1:00 am and the bar closed at 12:30 am.

From the booking of the date to going over all the details the day of my wedding dinner all have been fenomenal. Danna and Jery thank you for all. And Anthony the one in charge during the dinner, hands down the best. The food was delicious, everyone talked about it. Even the valet parking was great. Nothing negative to say. Thank you La Fortuna for helping us making our day extra special.

Busboy or waiter what ever they were ( really doesn’t matter)Older man, dropped liquids all over me and my companion.Like 3 times he apologized… once. I didn’t know our family payed to get showered here. Not impressed.

Food was good, but the waitress in charge was an OGRE very unhappy with the service. Very unprofessional service management should observe this type of behavior.

It's a really well priced venue, very convenient especially if your on a budget, their food is amazing, Donna is very sweet. The bus boys are gentleman, everything from the valet parking to event is on point ☝️

Went there yesterday , Sunday 02/26 . Service was very good unfortunately the food was fair to poor. Would not recommend if you want to make an impression for your guest . I would never go there again also the venue looked old and outdated !

My boys had a great time here for homecoming, I would rent it out for personal events myself
