David is incredibly helpful and resourceful. He went out of his way to help locate part numbers and solutions for parts that have since been discontinued. This was my first experience, but certainly not my last! Customer service like this is hard to find, highly recommend to anyone in need of replacement parts!

David Zeckhausen is not only a wealth of knowledge on stoptech brakes and others but incredibly patient and helpful, I can't even count how many emails I've sent to him. I wish he sold more stuff for my car as I'd love to give him more of my business but as it is I will go out of my way to order through him at every possible opportunity in the future. I have a minor complaint about high shipping costs and unnecessarily large package sizes for small parts but it's overshadowed by the quality of customer service. Thank you Dave.

Beware bought a set of rotors and they locked little dark little suspect ok well i take off original 1 and lay it on top on stoptech and it’s totally diffrent so I send back and know getting run around 2 get my money back BAD BUSSINESS MEN

So, internet parts stores are a dime a dozen. What makes a great one?I made my annual order of brake parts for my car. One item is backordered, so they did a partial fulfillment and arranged for me to get the rest through another vendor. Everything shows up, but one set of dust boots is missing. Snap a pic of what I received and send them a note showing how the order appeared fulfilled, but wasn't.In the next 24 hours I received a prompt response and status updates on obtaining a replacement part.This is by far the best customer service I've received from a website. Prices are great. Shipping in NY and New England is basically overnight.Customer for life.

I was in need of an anti rattle clip for a clients car which was not available through manufacturer. There was no part number or anything to go off of, other than it was a Brembo caliper and it had to cross over to another brand. David went above and beyond looking for the right match to help my client get back on the road. He found the correct clip which saved us from having to purchase an entire caliper to replace it. If you have a unique situation this is the place to call. Will be doing more business with David and his company in the future.
