Never buy furniture from this company and DO NOT buy the 5 year protection plan. It is a complete scam. I paid $800 for this plan. I had 5 pieces covered under it one of them being our couch. The couch had structural damage and a few rips and stains in the cushions which was all covered under the plan. They denied my claim to repair or replace my couch because of “accumulated damages” all of which are covered under the plan. They told me because of the damages this piece is no longer under warranty, the warranty which I paid for and they refused to reimburse me for that piece. This company is a scam and find any way to not live up to their warranty or commitments.

I didn’t know your store was even there and I was in Ashley furniture couldn’t find anything there and believe it or not. The gentleman that was helping me told me to go to your store. Heidi greeted me when I entered. She had a lot of patience because I’m not the easiest person when I’m shopping, I gave you five stars because Heidi was delightful and very accommodating

I am in search of some furniture for a pending move. I went to Value City with my mom and we spoke to Vess. He was a PHENOMENAL SALESMAN. Very friendly and fair. And I noticed the prices of Value City were much better than other stores we looked at. I am still working some things out with my move, but when everything is finalized, I will definitely be going to Value City and dealing with Vess. He was wonderful and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Choice is good, but not unique. What prompted us to purchase at your place is a salesman's work. Vess showed us a big number of couches, various fabrics etc, combinations. While in other stores salespeople said, "That's all colors I have" or "We only have these few" or "No, we don't have this size" etc, Vess was very flexible and I would say creative. He convinced us to depart from our original preferences, showing the advantages of alternative options, tirelessly running back and forth, trying fabric samples next to various wood colors to make sure it will be a good fit to the wooden furniture that we already have, and such.
Another thing, compared to other stores that customize, yours, even though is not cheap, but reasonably priced.
Looking forward to have our new couch in our living room!
