The worst company ever! Ordered my sons jacket in the beginning of Aug. Finally got it 2 weeks later than promised in OCTOBER - Then it was wrong I was told they would fix it in March. I told them it was unacceptable- they said they would fix it and have it to me NO LATER than Nov 28th, now on the 29th it’s still not ready telling me another week. It was such a hassle of a project to get the jacket done because the sales rep kept saying “kids from your school Got your jackets done like this “ without listening to our needs and constantly would forget to put things on. Finally we got our jacket and it was wrong. They do not meet the expectation on when they say their jacket will be done. It is now three months and my son still cannot wear his Varsity Jacket - paid $430 for what?? Should have used the company my daughter got it from. Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend them. Be very careful they are not honest with what they promise their customers

After purchasing a jacket last year with Aladdin, USA refuses to honor an agreement to place additional numbers on sleeve. Their policy seems to be that any alterations are done in Spring/Summer. If your child needs ANY work to their jacket during the seasons during which they will actually USE the jacket (Fall/Winter) - too bad. This is horrible customer service. These jackets are primarily worn by students only for a couple of years in HS and to dismiss the possibility of an alteration is a poor business practice. Be warned!

Called to see if they would help update a jacket , karen-ish sounding receptionist stated they won’t work on jackets that Aren’t theirs. If you need help with a jacket you already have , this is definitely not the place

A Letterman's Jacket is a huge investment, and a difficult task when ordering online without a school template. So I was a bit leary after reading a review on here about this company referring to sizing. After much research, I ended up choosing United and hoping for the best. My entire family is more than thrilled with our choice! The process was not only easy, it was fun. My daughter and I spent many hours playing with the design tool, which offered so much more than other design programs we had tried with other companies. Every single step of the way, we would find ourselves asking questions; some of them basic, some more complicated. Every time, I would call the company directly. They were always eager to answer and explain. In fact, they offered up suggestions and pointed out things that we would have missed on our own. We were able to customize the patches, and when we were concerned with how certain color combinations would work, the company representative actually had a couple of patches made in our design and sent pictures so that we could see before deciding. I loved the fact that the design tool was very clear with pricing. It was very easy to design and redesign, seeing how each choice affected the price. This made it easy to prioritize options and ultimately end up with the perfect jacket that remained in our price range. As for sizing, I measured very precisely and went with what the sizing guide suggested. The representive we had been asking our questions of actually called and offered to send a few sample jackets at no extra charge for my daughter to try before choosing her size in case we were off at all. This was a big deal, because without that, it turned out that we would have chosen the wrong size. We were told it could be as much as 8 weeks, which was fine, but my daughter actually screamed when she came home to find it had arrived in less than 6. It is a QUALITY jacket and a true one-of-a-kind. There isn't anything that we are unhappy with or disappointed about. She has received so many compliments on this jacket, and I have recommended United to every parent who has inquired. We will be buying my son's here soon once he reaches High School.

Please parents when you are ordering a varsity jacket for $300 this company comes and fits your child at school. My daughter who is a Freshman received a varsity letter and we ordered her jacket. Upon verification, I question the youth XL and I was told that the representative fit her and that was the size. I should have questioned it further because when I received the jacket, it fit just right but does not allow for growth the next 4 years. Knowing my daughter was a Freshman the should have taken this into consideration. My daughter who is small certainly will keep growing. The jacket is beautiful however, parents should be aware of the representative sizing. I called to see if they could meet me half way with another jacket and was immediately told "no". Shame on their representative. My next kids will not be ordering a jacket if they receive varsity jackets, at least not from this company.
