I took my 2 year old 45 pound goldendoodle, Zoe, for the first time to this grooming spot. This being Zoe’s first time at unique cutz, she was a little anxious. When I went to go pick her up, the groomer informed me that they needed to use two groomers because Zoe was aggressive and “hard to handle”. Because of that they had to change me an extra fee. I paid a total of $170 for a grooming service that didnt include ear cleaning. Zoe has been to 3 groomers before this and none of them have said anything about her being aggressive or hard to handle. I understand that she might have been a little more anxious than usual, because it was her first time there, Unique cutz being the “professional groomers” they are should know how to handle a dog in that situation. The fact that I have to find out I’m paying an extra fee while I’m picking her up is also upsetting. They should have atleast informed me before going ahead and assuming I’ll be okay with paying this extra fee.

I landed on this place to groom my mini golden doodle after a lot of research. I took my pup to a different place that had great reviews prior to this and they did not do as awesome of a job as unique pup cutz. I actually didn’t know my dog could get any cuter than she already was, but they proved me wrong ??.I also showed up on the wrong day by accident and they didn’t even tell me and were nice enough to groom her. My pup looked very happy about her experience too! 5 stars for sure :)

I brought my dog there twice. He’s a 5 pound terrier mix. He can definitely be temperamental but notA bad dog. In fact when I picked him up one of the staff told me how much she loved him . When I went to pay the told me it was $95. I thought that was crazy for a 5 pound dog but they said they needed to use two groomers. Ok I get it but then I thought he should look pretty perfect but his face was all uneven. I really didn’t want to go back but they are very convenient so I figured I’d give it another shot. First I made an appointment and then they changed it which I get things happen so I rescheduled. So this time $100 later and again the face is uneven and they didn’t cut his nails. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay to have his nails cut. Don’t care how convenient they are. I won’t be back

I have 2 exotic dogs breeds that require expertise, knowledge and patience ! Unique Pup Cutz is the best place I’ve ever gone and my dogs enjoy the attention.Highly recommended !!
